A warm welcome in a lovely place to stay

We were in the annex - very good but very basic. No TV. Breakfast was bread and jam - sliced brown only one day but had own French Bread. No restraunts nearby so brought food in to eat at night.

Difficult hostess

The hostess was very rude and shouty, telling me I didn’t have confirmation for booking and that I should ring her directly to confirm booking. If I didn’t have two young kids and hadn’t already paid I would not have stayed. She made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. Soap / hand wash etc was missing from bathroom, I had to ask for towels and she made me feel as if she was doing me a favour. I had to put on the pillow cases, not enough loo roll. Hairs found in bed. Lights above sink didn’t work ( hard for husband to shave), no bracket to hold shower head. Breakfast was extremely basic, bread ( supermarket baguette), jam, butter with coffee, tea or hot chocolate. No juices or yoghurts or pastries. Overall a disappointing stay in a place that, with some love and happiness could be wonderful.

Although the landlady did all what was possible, the description on Hotels.com of the accommodation offered was highly misleading. Firstly, it is not a hotel, so the reservations are not monitored, and thus our arrival at the doorstep of the house was completely unexpected. Despite the system accepting a booking online, you need to ring to check if anybody is home. There are simple rooms available in an annex building, which are basic (eg. no TV, or other comforts), it seemed suitable for summer accommodation. Locating the property involved driving around unlit & narrow country roads, knocking on doors of very kind neighbours. A somewhat challenging experience, but the landlady certainly put a smile on our faces with her friendly character.

It was peaceful. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful, especially about finding a meal in local towns. Breakfast was very limited but good. Bread,butter, jam and good coffee. I would suggest charging a bit more and putting on ham, pastries and cheese. Enjoyed it and would return. Tom. Also dog friendly.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais mitigé

Nous avons séjourné à 4, 3 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans. La chambre est spacieuse, a disposition il y avait des serviettes de bains mais pas de savon. La situation géographique est bien pour visiter la baie de Somme. L'hôte a des réponses un peu brusques, sur le site il est indiqué que le depart s'effectue jusqu'à 11h. A 9h50 elle me demande à quelle heure nous partons, je lui répond que pour 11h nous serons partis. Elle me répond que ce n'est pas comme ça et que ce n'est pas nous qui décidons. Que les prochains clients arrivent qu'elle a besoin de nettoyer la chambre. Après le petit déjeuner elle a exigé que ma fille reste dehors pour ne pas déranger les clients du bas. Alors qu'on leur avait demandé si la nuit ils l avaient entendu et qu'ils nous ont dit que non. Il y a l'art et la manière.

la location est idéalement placé pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la baie de somme et la somme. hôtes très accueillant dans un environnement champêtre très agréable, ils savent vous aiguillez dans vos recherches et si l'envie vous prend de vouloir discuter un peu c'est partie pour des histoires jusqu'au bout de la nuit. amis motards ce lieu est le point de chute incontournable pour découvrir un passionné de belles mécaniques.

Parfait au treport

Séjour au coeur de la campagne . Avec un acceuil chaleureux comme a la maison . De très bon conseils pour les visites du wk . Belle chambre d'hôte

Excellent accueil de notre hôte qui n'est pas dénuée d'humour.Elle nous a donné de précieuses informations sur la région, l'histoire de la rénovation de la grange. Chambre spacieuse , avec le charme des poutres apparentes. Très propre . Environnement dans la campagne , très calme.Un hâvre de paix bien agréable. Nous le recommandons.

Accueil d'un autre temps

Nous n avons pas du tout aimé l accueil qui nous a été réservé. Madame exige en insistant de mon fils de 4 ans fatigué avec son doudou qu il enleve sa tetine pour lui dire bonjour. Mais pour qui entre se prend celle là? Mon autre fils de 2 ans aime bien manipuler de petites choses. Ce sont ces petits trésors. Je lui avait donné le tour de cou avec nos clés. Elle la repris de force de ses mains. Madame vous n'êtes pas leur grand mère. Et quand je le lui fait remarquer elle me repond que je peux partir si je veux. La chambre n'est ni sale ni vraiment propre. Mon fils a fait tomber une balle sous le lit. Il est allé en dessous pour la récupérer et est revenu le tshirt couvert de poussière. Présence de toile d'araignée au niveau du lit. Petit déjeuner insufisant. Pas de vienoieserie, de jus de fruit. Pain en quantité insufisante. Heuresement nous avions emporter du pain de la veille. Venir plutot

Reposant et enrichissant

Très bon accueil , gentillesse et amabilité, gîte calme , petit coin repas a disposition avec petite cuisine et micro onde dans salle commune pour un petit repas le soir , ou dans le jardin au choix , chambre impeccable, hôtes très agréable, passionné de moto en plus ... A refaire vite . Merci

Hyggelig vertinne når vi endelig fikk kontakt. Her var det enkelt, lagt opp til å stelle seg selv med brødrister, kjøleskap, eget spiserom. Måtte på stor runde får å finne spisesteder.
