Ideal location on the edge of city centre. Clean apartment, spacious and accessible. Belgrade Plaza Serviced Apartments is ideal for short family stays with the option to either eat out, order in or self-catering. Friendly staff who are hospitable and welcoming.
You couldn't get this good of a deal at a hotel.

Fantastic stay, within walking distance of station and city centre and easy to get Uber to reach building society arena.

The property had a terrible smell which i had to buy some air freshener to cover. The outside door would not close so the property was not safe. Bed was awful was equivalent on sleeping on some bricks. The heating would also not work. Will not recommend

Good location, spacious and clean. Biggest issue I had was no hot water after 12pm as it is on timer and no way to override. This meant when I finished showering, the small tank of hot water was gone and just as my wife got in, the water was cold. Never experienced anything like it. It was terrible shich spoilt a good experience. To the management, shutting down hot water after 12pm ( which I later found is stated on the checkin sheet) is very irrational and harsh despite cost of energy crisis.

There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be 11am, and check-out time, 3pm, like several other facilities. This is now my go-to place for stays in Coventry.

I really enjoyed my stay at Belgrade. The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to an abundance of food and grocery options. The city center and mall were a short walk across the street. My 2-bedroom apartment was just as advertised in the pictures.
I will most definitely stay here again when visiting Coventry.

The location was great and it was clean ( but smelt of cigarettes). The sofa and the bed were poor condition and very uncomfortable so not an idea space to relax in after a busy working day.

Wouldn’t stay again - disappointed
Heard good things about this property last year but the first morning we was half way through making food and all power went off so full day without power, they told us to tell the receptionist who was basically never there, then was stood on my own when a lot of people walked in and they decided to help them first when I was already stood waiting 25 minutes. We was meant to check out on the Monday morning but ended up leaving the Sunday afternoon as the power tripped again. We will be looking at staying somewhere else next year even if it means spending more money, beds weren’t too bad but only one pillow on each side of the bed we had to use our towels to help us sleep so would recommend people taking own pillows. I then got an email to say I could claim a 10% discount on our next stay which won’t be getting used

Very hard to fine.the name outside is completely different to name i was giving. Its redickless that to get in you have to phone a woman and she has to come to let you in. In my opinion three hundred for 2 nights was a bit overpriced.

We needed somewhere for a night's stay in Coventry City Centre and were pleased with these serviced apartments. They were well situated with parking very close by and with easy access to the city. It was easy to check in and the member of staff we met was helpful. The apartment was clean but a little tired and we were a bit disappointed with the bare minimum of kitchen equipment-few plates, cups etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
