Beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tenerife. Hotel was great but the staff - from the bar staff restaurant check in - each and everyone one of them made this trip. They were first class - kind friendly hard working and personable. Hard to ever anywhere in the world where the staff were this attentive. A credit to the hotel and their management team.

If you arrive late like us, you’ll get sent to the attic rooms on L20 that haven’t been renovated since the 90’s

L'hôtel est magnifique et nettoyer tous les jours. Le restaurant et très beau avec de magnifiques buffets du choix super. Le personnel est très très agréable. De belles piscines. Et piscine pour les enfants. Les animations sont impeccable. Les femmes de ménage nettoyer tous les jours les chambres. Et L'hôtel a un super jardin avec de beaux palmiers et de tres belles fleurs. Moi sa fait la dixième fois que je vais à cette hôtel .j'ai toujours était content de cette hôtel. Franchement il est magnifique . L'accueil est très super. En plus l'hôtel a fait des travaux . Il est encore plus beau. Je conseille cet hôtel. On est toujours bien accueilli. Et vous avez tous a côté plage et ville. Le climat est beau toute l'année.

We highly recommend this resort. The views are amazing, staff is very helpful and friendly! Everything is clean, breakfast is good, pool area and bar are great. For us (a couple working remote) it was perfect; wi-fi connection in the room was a bit poor, but faster in the bar area. We really enjoyed night games with Richi, the entertainer, who is very joyful and funny. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at this resort and it is worth 5 starts.

Je recommande particulièrement cet hotel, autant pour l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et la grandeur des chambres que pour tout ce qu'il propose comme services (piscines, nombreux transat, tennis, padel, salle de sport, terrain multisport, mini golf, epicerie, parking,...). Les petits déjeuners et diners sont variés et tres bons. La salle ou l'on prend les repas est magnifique avec une vue sur l'océan . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Okay for a family holiday
Hotel was okay for a family holiday. There is no beach and the surrounding beaches are not usable due to sewage contamination. Pool area is lovely and the gardens are very nice. Public areas are nice, there is a small kids club hidden near lobby. The rooms are very dated, floors and walls very stained and dirty, and the mattresses old. Food was okay, lots of fresh fish which was nice. Not very much variety always, especially breakfast items always the same. Half board doesn’t include drinks. Pool bar is good. Area is quiet, but you can walk into town and to the animal park and surrounding restaurants etc. overall we had a nice holiday

Leckeres Essen und sehr guter Service. Gepflegte Außenanalge und schöner Poolbereich. Die Betten benötigen unbedingt neue Matratzen. Das Hotel ist nicht luxuriös, aber ordentlich und sauber.

Bonjour plusieurs fois que je vais a cette hôtel il est toujours magnifique . En ils ont changé les chambres tres spacieux. Le restaurant nouveau il est magnifique. En plus les buffets sont excellent. De belles piscine. Et des animations super. Le personnel est très accueillent ainsi que la réception. Le femmes de nettoyage sont efficaces travaillent bien propres. Franchement je le recommande cette hôtel. Il est magnifiques.
