good hotel room!
the hotel room was very clean and modern, especially the bathroom! it was spacious and bright and the shower was really good. however, i did not like the morning breakfast. there were not that many options and the food itself was not the best. the gym was very nice!

Check in was quick and easy. We were offered some water and a granola bar for free when we got there which was sweet. Room was nice and clean and looks very nice. Loved the convenience of having stores and coffee shops around and the mall is also very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with our kids. Comfy beds, nice amount of space (room with 2 beds plus couch). We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Close to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast that had a wide variety of options!

I had to get a hotel room at the last minute due to a family matter. I was able to book a room via Hotels.com at the Fairfield. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were very nice.

Every staff member was so nice and friendly. Called downstairs for towels, literally 10 seconds later a staff member was at my door with towels. Clean room. Saw security walking around late night. I felt comfortable and safe. Definitely plan on returning when I come back to this town. Thanks again Marriott, I’ll be back

Bang for your buck.
Great place and bargain for what you get. Parking is abundant, though it seems a little suspect. However it is viewable from your room so take it for what it’s worth. Staff are very friendly, always greets you when you walk by. Place is clean roomy and location is good. There was a smell that I personally didn’t care for, it is a scent from what they use to clean. But I think that is just preference.

How does this happen?
The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. We found medical supplies in our bed and dirty socks. Asked for them to change out all the bedding and clean the room but they didn't have any housekeeping on hand so they couldn't. Had to change rooms and hope for the best since it was bedtime for the kids .

The check in Fairfield was great and the staff was great. The room and room service was terrible. The shower curtain wasn't installed correctly and water poured onto the bathroom floor. The hotel doesn't provide housekeeping, so I was left with wet towels all over the floor for my entire stay. I did bring it to the attention of the front desk, but it was never addressed. I could see mold in the bathroom ceiling... probably the bathroom above me experience the same issues with overflow. I never got room service for my entire 10 day stay. Trash built up in the room. Other guest leaving trash bins outside their rooms. TV service was bad. It was just a worn down room. I ended up extending my stay at another local hotel for just the room service.
