Check in fast, friendly efficient.
Room exceptionally clean.
Restaurant, visually a little tired. Restaurant staff absolutely made up for that - friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.
Food was really good, small menu - but with our party of 10 - cooked to perfection, and served promptly, even though the rest of the restaurant looked busy as well.
Bar staff, very friendly.
Special mention to Jeven who kept up with our large group orders, in the evening (Saturday 1st November)

Good bye to an early peaceful sleep for children
Disappointed that a hotel that is so close to a family theme park and hosts I’m sure many many children they do not have bed guards. An essential for bringing children to a hotel. Also one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Constant door banging and noise on corridor. Not ideal when having children stay.

Very convenient and the staff were friendly. No bath plug for our little one to have a bath, plus the emergency light was flashing so brightly it disturbed our sleep. Other than that, slept well and had a lovely breakfast.
