Phone didn’t work door didn’t dead bolt but cheap lock worked , noise around room till 4 am like someone was running construction on room above

Registration was slow, but good when registered. Need more help at desk.
First floor was attractive and refreshed, but the room was clean, but tired and small.
Morning breakfast was good, but not excellent.
Requests were followed up quickly, like new towels.
The staff was friendly and considerate.
It would not be my first choice, but I would stay there again.

Excellent
We were really impressed with our accommodations. We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the entire experience and look forward to returning for our future trips to Pittsburgh.

Room was clean but in deep need of updating and the wall has a white spackling patch on it. Curtains were dirty. Halls were noisy. A hood like atmosphere. If my child has been with me I would have checked out to go elsewhere. You could smell marijuana in hallways. The TV picture was snowy on every channel.

Worth the money for a relaxing comfortable stay.
Great location for our visit to the area to attend our son's graduation from Duquesne university. Enjoyed the area, did a little Christmas shopping and it was great to have a comfortable place to relax, sleep and get where we needed to be after enjoying coffee and breakfast at the motel in the morning.

We check into a filthy room .. with dog hair and a chewed dog bone on the floor .. my disabled child almost cut her foot on a beer tab again left from previou Tennant ... the floor was sticky
There was also black mold in the bathroom
The mini fridge was nasty and nothing was cold it also filled with nasty old water ..

This hotel is absolutely filthy. There were stains on the sheets, walls, toilet, and pillowcases. There were small fleas flying in the room. The room smelled of chemicals. The air conditioner did not work. The toilet did not properly flush.

Good Stay at the Quality Inn in Cranberry Township
Excellent hotel. Room was clean and had everything needed. The bed was comfortable and the internet was fast. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area.
