One of the more unique hotels I’ve stayed at. Set up in numerous buildings that remind me of apartments. We were updairs and had a massive 2 bedroom 2 bath full living room and full kitchen for a very fair price. Definitely the best bang for your buck. Close to the tram to walk to the 49ers games too!

Loved this property. Comfy, spacious apartment-like rooms. Staff bent over backward to provide us extra pillows, complimentary taxi service, and re-keying the room at least once on checkout when I forgot things in the room and had to go back in. They were great.

Very pleasant stay!
Hotel staff was super...Friendly, personable & professional. I was fortunate to find a place that took my 2 dogs for the week while my house was being remodeled.
Room was comfortable with all the conveniences. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious & very appreciated. Even my picky adult daughter loved it.
The only negative thing I have is that there was a carrot & crumbs under the beds, & someone's balled up socks under the nightstand. Saw this the second last day of our stay while looking for one of the dog toys lol. So, maybe not as thoroughly cleaned as I thought...but I would stay there again

The property was very clean overall and the lobby smelled so good. Super inviting. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and had a small kitchen and pull out sofa. I also really enjoyed the complementary breakfast. So much to choose from. I will definitely be returning :)

Room filled with cigarette smoke from someone either smoking outside room or in the suite below. They offered a new room instead of addressing the individual causing the problem. So I had to pack up and Move rooms with no compensation or discount for the enormous inconvenience.
Both suites I was in the bathroom exhaust fan was filthy and noisy.

the carpet was so dirty that we we took our shoes and socks off the bathmat showed black dirt. The manager was quite unfriendly about our complaint. Other staff were helpful and pleasant. We would not return based on the manager's response to our complaint. I even took a photo with cell phone to show her but she was not receptive. she offered carpet cleaning or change rooms but her manner was unwelcoming to say the least
