We checked out after the first night and hsve a dispute on credit card active. This was a horrendously bad experience, like being in a third world country. This hotel should not be advertised on your site. It was dilapidated, dark, dirty and very noisy. I took pictures of the black mold, broken porcelain toilet, damaged counters abd lack of amenities

Great beds and pillows, terrific staff & owner.
Short overnight stay. Convenient to train depot. Hotel in process of refurbishing, so there were a few issues, e.g. tv wasn't working, no tissues or cups in the bath, a few gaps in the flooring due to be replaced. But, the staff graciously changed our room and made sure all was well in the new room. It was clean, very comfortable beds and pillows and helpful, friendly staff.

Cheap and Good Location Don’t Make A Good Stay
The location is easy to find and the check in was perfectly pleasant. The room had many issues:
- pins, a needle, and small shards of glass on the floor
- busted lampshades
- sticky bathroom floor and dirty counter
- TV remote missing the plastic back and with dead batteries
- half the outlets not working
A couple positives:
- Sheets looked fresh and clean
- Fridge and coffee maker worked
- Location is near many restaurants, bars and BART
I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast due to my check out, which was also nice. I likely wouldn’t stay here again; there are a few hotels where you can get good quality for a low price. This isn’t it, sorry.

We didn't stay for the breakfast, we left immediately. The first room they sent us to was full of power tools and there was no bed. The second room they sent us to was missing the window and covered in an inch of water. The third room they sent us to was covered in some random persons belongings and there was another person in there. The entire hotel looks nothing like the add and there was a large amount of prostitution going on there as well. We immediately felt unsafe from the moment we parked there, to the moment we left. I have contested the charge with my bank because we did not get what we paid for.

The lobby was sketchy. Overall the hotel was dirty. We did not stay. We left, the room smelled, the room was hot and there was no air conditioning. I am really surprised you Carrie this hotel on your website.
