Superb value and great service
Perfectly for the price. Good location, free car parking and comfortable clean rooms. Above all though, service was excellent. One employee, sorry...didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde lady who did both frontdesk and cleaning of rooms, really went the extra mile for me, sorting an iron at short notice, when all of them had been lent out. She's a real asset.

Good value for money close to Liverpool bars
Great transport links to Liverpool Central, where we wanted to be for the weekend. Basic but comfy accommodation. Quiet area and next to Toby Carvery for an all you can eat breakfast

Basic and Budget hotel - it was much as expected
It is a basic budget hotel. It does what it says on the tin. Apart from the noisy neighbours in the next room (to which the poor sound-proofing contributed), there was little to complain about. The price reflected the hotel offering.

Place is very tired and in a poor state of repair. Overall cleanliness poor, stained carpets, bedside tables damages.
Mattress made a noise with every movement and headboard was damaged.

For the price, a fantastic place. Check-in was good, the parking was good, room was absolutely perfect for my needs.
And, do you know what? when you travel a lot in various places or countries you are always trying to blag extra milk for the coffees. This place was the exception to that rule. Only a small thing, but that made my stay! Well done.

Banging from 5a.m. The state of the room was terrible due the amount of damage. Terrible fix it job on bathroom door handle & it was very hard to open & close. Top of radiator was filthy, room was too hot & had to ask for a fan. Wasn't a double bed like we asked for but two single beds pushed together.

Parking easy and right outside. Friendly staff.
Bed very uncomfortable, very thin pillows, smells like wet dog in the room.
Really annoying massive led light showing the temperature on the radiator, room cold, bathroom very tired looking. Linens not crisp you could feel the duvet cover was old too. I imagine they inherited everything from when it used to be a premier inn and haven’t brought anything new or refurbished at all.
