Room seemed in need of touchups-rusty towel hooks, paint peeling. No safe and microwave was a bummer. While bed is comfy pillows get flat really easy. Also it was chilly in the room if you weren’t in the direction of the heat. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Great place to stay in Ithaca.
Great breakfast with yoghurt, sausage, eggs, waffles and cereal. The coffee was amazing.
Conveniently located next to a car maintenance facility. Oil change and top off Transmission fluid. My wife had a rear bulb replaced. Very convenient.

The stuff that we liked is the hot breakfast with good options. Front staff is also good and responsive. The thing that we didn't like is cleanliness. We stayed 2 nights and no one cleaned the bathroom and room. When I called them again in evening of second day, they provided us clean towels. Overall it was OK stay .

Better than average 2-3 star hotel, not a bad place to stay at typical reasonable rates, BUT prices were super inflated for a Cornell football game and Homecoming. Surrounding area was nondescript however it was close to cool stuff downtown and a short 15min walk to Buttermilk Falls State Park
