the pet area wasn't very pet-friendly - an poorly maintained slope and marshy area with sign: Watch for snakes --YIKES! the staff was very helpful and friendly; good space overall; had a problem with dishwasher, but extremely friendly, helpful maintenance guy showed us that a switch on the wall needed to be flipped --a label is needed there. very limited breakfast menu compared to other Homewood Suites facilities.

Excellent property! The breakfast has a wide array of options (bagels, toast, fruit, muffins, eggs). Two of the days I was there they had pulled pork/pulled smoked chicken for breakfast burritos. The staff they have for the breakfast is awesome. I came down towards the end time both days and the place was spotless. Not a crumb on the tables or the floors. The manager approached me twice on different days to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet in the evenings. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming.

We loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious. They even served spinach dip, cookies, wine, and beer Wednesday evening! It was great!

When we first arrived at the property we were told they overbooked the hotel so we got a free upgrade. That’s where the good stuff ends . Rooms were nasty to say the least. Sofa and armchair where heavily soiled and stained to the point we didn’t use them . The rooms are infested with ants . In the bedrooms the dressers had every single drawer broken . The corner edges in the room were peeling off and we would find them on the floor when we returned to our room . All of this would be ok if this was a super cheap motel but at $300 a night I expect at least a clean room . Feel like i need to take a shower in bleach after staying here.

I really like the property, the suite, and the location, I was able to get everything done without spending a lot of time driving around. It was convenient and spacious but there was no staff available during the time of my checking out.

We were in town for a family event, and many of us stayed here. Had an unplanned gathering in the lounge to watch the Ravens WIN, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility well kept and clean. Only negative the heating was a bit loud.

Loved the property and the service! The staff was personable and attentive. Great focus on customer satisfaction!! Some internet connections weren’t working, so some channels couldn’t be accessed when in room, but overall, this was an excellent stay!

My only recommendation would be to change the shower head. The water pressure was actually too strong and that was with changing through all of the settings.
