Brilliant pub, fantastic food and friendly staff
A beautiful pub in a serene setting with great food and hospitality. My wife had to go to A&E whilst we were there and Zoe looked after us incredibly.

Country pub with comfort and character.
A lovely country pub with plenty of character. Our room overlooking the river and beer garden was very clean and superbly comfortable. Beer and food was excellent. Dewi and Zoe are very nice hosts and can't wait to stay there again.

Cosy comfortable stay next to the river.

Great stay at the Nags Head Inn
We had a very fun stay at the nags head in. The food was absolutely excellent. The service was great very friendly staff and do the owner and Zoe the night manager assisted us with some travel issues that we had.

Service was very good, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms nice enough if snug and a little too warm in the night. Even though was over pub was not disturbed by noise. Breakfast was exceptional

Lovely old property in a very beautiful spot with lovely outside seating area by the river.
We stayed 1 night in a room which was nice with a large bathroom.
Good selection for breakfast. Zoe was very friendly.
Reason why i didnt score it a 5 was due to disturbed sleep which i know cannot be helped by the owner but still affected us. Could hear snoring all night in the room next to us and people moving around in their rooms throughout the night
I would have thought for a building of that age the walls would have been a lot thicker.

Lovely stay and setting by the river. We had an evening meal which we really enjoyed along with a good selection of wines and beers. We were late for breakfast and they were really accommodating to ensure that we had breakfast before we checked out. Would gladly eat and stay again and would recommend.

Convenient location for what we wanted to do.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice room with tea and coffee and water in the room.
Food was amazing and great that the breakfast was included in the price

Great find very comfortable room with a view over the beer garden to the river. Comfortable bed. We ate at the hotel the menu choice was varied and the staff very pleasant and helpful

Lovely pub to stay
Lovely place to stay nice beer garden alongside the river. Fabulous room very clean and comfortable. We had dinner that night had to book a table as the pub is very popular for families and couples.
I would recommend the Nags Head so near to some lovely beaches/countryside.
We will definitely return

Overall very good, super clean beautiful room, good food, great staff. Walls between rooms paper thin, can hear everything. No heating control in room, after arriving by motorbike after rain and dining outside with no heating, it would have been nice to warm the room up and dry some clothes. Sash window super heavy and drops like a stone, could harm kids. These are just minor niggles, overall this was a lovely stay especially under the circumstances, thanks Dewi.
