Our room was a loft apartment - it was spacious with a dining table, and location was convenient (close to Dotonburi, and about 10min walk from Kyoto station). Service was also great - we were able to rent an AppleTV for free from the front desk.

the room is big location is good 5 mins walk form Namba station 26 D exit have elevator at the exit staff is good but need to improve the cleansing service dusts on furniture the staff will pick out the unwanted clothes and towel in the trash and leave them in the room

Spacious and great for families!

This hotel was great! Super easy walk to Dotonburi and the cool spots in Osaka. Room was spacious – my two boys and I had plenty of room. There was a kitchen and a mini kitchen and dishwasher. However, I did not travel to cook my own food in Japan. LOL. I would stay here again!

Our family really loved this hotel. The location wad amazing and within walking distance from a lot of great shopping and eating spots. The room was spacious and clean and the kids loved playing the games in the lobby area. We will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Osaka in the future.

We were a family of 4 with two late teens and we completely loved the Aparthotel with the generous space and bunk beds. The sitting area with the long table and benches was so ideally situated that the family was able to gather and chat or share a snack whenever we were idling in the room. Definitely adds a sparkle to family time. Everything in the room was thoughtfully functional. The location was really convenient - walkable to Dotonburi and train stations, and plenty of shopping and eating places. Staff were very helpful whenever we had questions. Especially loved the fact that the team of staff manning the recep was of multiple nationalities so it adds colour to the place plus there’s always someone speaking our language so it’s reassuring since none of us spoke fluent Japanese.

Fantastic family hotel in a superb location

We stayed for 2 and half weeks in Mimaru Namba North Osaka. This hotel is definitely one of the reasons that make our Japan trip the best vacation we've ever had. The location of the hotel is perfect for our city trip. It's within walking distance to tourist-crowded Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Namba and Nihonbashi shopping area is also not too far away by foot (good news for manga fans and Gundam enthusiasts). Yotsubashi subway station is very close. Three metro stops will take you to the Umeda area for shopping and food. There are a few convenience stores right next to the hotel. A big supermarket is also close-by. The area is also filled with good restaurants. We tried almost everyone of them on the street, you can't go wrong. The room is very spacious for a family. You find everything you need in the room. It's impressively clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is handy. There is washing machine and dryer in the hotel, which is important for our long stays in the summer. The hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful. Their English are excellent. They are very knowledgeable of the city and are always willing to help. Mr. Hao, Miss Ayane and my fellow-Dutchmen are especially helpful. In the room, we are missing some storage space for cloths and things. This is the only thing I can think of for our 2 and half weeks stay. I would honestly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with kids to Osaka. It will make your stay in Osaka easy and joyful. 숙소좋아요~

전체적으로 깔끔하고 일본숙소가 대부분 좁다고 해서 걱정했는데 4인가족 머물기에 불편하지는 않았어요. 직원분들이 상당히 친절하십니다. 번화가쪽에 숙소를 잡아서 그런지 다니기좋은 동선이였고 쇼핑이 주 목적이였는데 숙소 뒷쪽으로 스투시, 앞쪽으로 12분거리에 꼼데매장,백화점 및 명품매장들이 있어서 다니기 편했어요. 숙소랑 3분거리에 스타벅스가 있어서 아침마다 브런치겸 차마실겸 매일갔네요~ 오사카 갈일 생기면 이숙소를 또 예약할거 같아요~

Great Hotel

This was a great hotel. Staff was always making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The room was a very good size for our family of 4. Location was close to American Village and Dotonbori. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
