I dont usually write reviews but this time I have to because one day somebody is going to need it . I stayed october 28th,.. my flight was delayed and I could not be on time at Elmira so I arrived 6 am in the morning at this time I lost my reservation too but I called the hotel and I dont remenber the name of a woman who got my call , I explained everything and she said come I will help you ..i was up all night it was cold .. and she was an angel I hope she gets this message .. she helped me and gave me the best service , experience ever .. sometimes somewhere we find angels ... I found one.

The breakfast buffet was below standard for a hotel in this category.
It would be better to provide a nice continental breakfast than the options offered. No yogurt, no bananas, no protein mea

Nice stay
The experience at check in and check out was easy and friendly. The room and linens were clean and crisp. The room did have an odd smell.
The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Very conveniently located near Outback Steak House!

Everything was good but got a text saying that every 3 days house keeping was going to come but we stayed 2 nights and didn’t get new towels and our garage taken out ! But the rest was fine

Room was very comfortable. Liked having a sitting room separate from the bedroom with glass doors separating them.
Breakfast was good. Scrabbled eggs, sausage and waffles.
Would definitely stay here again!

We expected more.
The hotel was OK but we were expecting better as it touted itself as being newly renovated. Our carpet was fairly stained, door parts falling off, some cracked tiles. All in all, it wasn't bad but we had hoped for a better experience. Another guest told me that this was their second time to stay there but both times the pool was closed-it didn't seem to have an issue as the water was full but we didn't ask. The staff was fine and helpful.

Our stay was average. We waited for help at the desk for quite a while and gave up when no one came out. The window and phone in our room were broken. We asked a maid for an extra towel and she didn't have any. We had three people in a double bed room and only two towels.

We have stayed at this property previously and it was nice. This stay was a disappointment. Dirty towels, bathroom not clean. Room felt damp. We will not stay again.
