This property has an excellent beach-front location and is within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and taxi, scooter and bike hire.
The property itself is dated but the friendliness and excellent service of the staff make up for the short comings of the building.
The hotel offers Spa Massage - this too was excellent and cheaper than those being offered on the beach front.
Although dated, we would return here.

Staff were absolutely lovely and the grounds are beautifully tended. Breakfast was quite limited but I would still stay here again.

Good 3xstar beach hotel, staff attentive and pleasant. Great location.
Hotel is dated, so expected it to be a little run down, ie plumbing, etc. as per similar hotels in the area. Would benefit from bathroom upgrades but then, of course, the prices would rise.
The worst thing I found was that the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Overall it was a very good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

Fabulous location, small hotel, on the beach, plenty of warungs near by. Towels and hand towels need to be replaced, some quite grey in colour instead of white. Overall we had a great time .

The location was perfect, staff helpful and property was clean. The pool was clean, neat, tidy and relaxing.
Some areas are looking a little tired and could do with a little updating, especially the bathroom.

Property is old, so it does need renovations. The white towels were sometimes grey and shabby. The hand towels all need to be replaced. Gardens are lovely. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was good,location amazing.

Please Hotel, you are in a great beachfront area but you need to look into updating your bathrooms and plumbing. The breakfast is ok and the rooms are a good size (junior suite) The pool is lovely and we used it often. This hotel just needs a little clean up. You can still have a lovely old hotel if it is maintained. Please try harder because you are worth it!

Inna is getting old now, but still one of our favourites, it’s on the beach. Room was large , towels should be replaced. The bar area was not great, No fans . They took away loungers for a function and never put them back so only hard bar stools. Location is fantastic and we will be back in March 2024. Staff are friendly and very attentive.

Disappointed
After 16 wonderful days in Bali we arrived at Inna Sindhi & we were very disappointed with the hotel. Even though it was only $70/night that was the most expensive hotel we stayed in & it was the worst. The pool area was just Ok & it was so warm, no way it was refreshing……..it was by far the “ hottest “ pool we experienced. The included Buffet Breakfast was appalling, even the Tea & Coffee were undrinkable. I didn’t get one mosquito bite until arriving at the Inna Sindhu & was eaten alive ( I’m pedantic about lighting a mossie coil on my balcony & covering myself in repellent at 4pm everyday but I think I was getting bitten during the day. Also didn’t like the area we couldn’t leave the hotel without being literally accosted by the women from the adjoining market stalls. The beach out the front was very ordinary. We travel extensively throughout Asia regularly & I rarely write a bad review but no way I could recommend this hotel

Tired !! But great location.
The property is quite run down and old. But in a grey location. Nice pool area!! There was a smell to the room and discovered that when I had a shower the drain clogged up quickly so I was standing I in water 💧

The AC in the room was leaking water which they were unable to fix. The walls had water damage so it was surely a problem that has gone unfixed. there were cracked floor tiles and the bathroom door was cracked

So close to the beach. Easy progress from the bar to dining area . Very friendly staff from the check in to dining , bar and pool staff. Eager to please, especially there was likely to be a delay ay the airport .
