Fue una buena experiencia por lo que se pagó. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y no se camina tanto. Las piscinas están muy bien. La playa es muy linda y accesible. La comida del buffet me sorprendió, estaba muy buena. No es muy variada, pero lo que hay es bueno. Las atenciones fueron buenas. Lo único malo fue el restaurante mexicano, donde la comida no estaba muy buena y las atenciones tampoco. Pero en general fue una experiencia positiva.

Check in process was bad, they lost one of the rooms on our reservation and were ultimately accomodated in a subpar room in a different building than the rest of our group. Some of the complaints from our group were - cockroaches in room, wifi was not included and once you pay extra for it, it will only work in common areas and not in the rooms. Air conditioners will not go below 76 degrees. Rooms are outdated, peeling paint, sheets have stains, water pressure very low. Lastly the food we had on site was very bland and tasteless. Not a very good value given the price of this "all-inclusive". The only saving grace was the central location right by the water as well as the clean pools.

I did not like the expirience, the rooms are not updated, when i got into my room they didnt have toilet paper, I had to call them to bring some, the air conditioner barely worked in the room, the wifi is not included you have to pay seperate and they said that the wifi is not guaranteed inside the rooms, noone gave us a tour around the place, overall I dont recommend this place.
