Property was clean with a good staff.
Room prices are high for amenities offered. There was no breakfast provided. It cost an additional $15.00 per person. Bought a salad for $9 from the refreshment/vending area it was mostly spoiled mentioned it to the frobt desk and they shrugged it off.

Front desk staff upon arrival was joyful and very helpful. He said he’s only been there for 9 months but couldn’t fooled me! Great job by him during check in and it was a fantastic stay.

The check in clerk on staff was amazing, Fast, fun and very helpful. We had a little problem with the room and he had things fixed in the blink of an eye. Current construction made things a bit noisy, and I rather dislike the bathroom remodel with a cooler than expected shower and no good place to hang the washcloth, but the bed was comfortable, and the service outstanding.

The gym had only cardio equipment or an incomplete array of free weights. The breakfast offered was for outrageous prices. The rooms were Spartan, at best, with no in-room safe. The colors were depressing.

Rude housekeeping
Stay was fine until rude housekeeping knocks on your door waking you up at 9:20am and then doesn't say anything when you finally wake up enough to speak and ask what they want. They just walk away when they hear someone is in the room still. Check out is noon but it was like they wanted you out so they could clean the room. So rude. Then again 2 hrs later they did the same thing to see if I was still there.

The building and rooms themselves were nice. The staff were mediocre. No continental breakfast which is whatever but we were told we could not bring outside food or beverages into the hotel. We were expected to eat the food from the bristo and drink at the bar only. If you're going to demand that, at least have staff that can manage that. The bartender on both nights was MIA for the majority of the time and very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get served one night and another night we had friends who didn't get a simple beer for a half hour while standing at the bar the whole time waiting. Ridiculous. Then on a Saturday night, you do last call for beverages at 9:30 pm? And expect us to not bring in our own beverages? Saying that we can't sit around in the lobby area at the tables provided to have a drink or some food and converse? We were not a loud group by any means but to kick us out and tell us to go drink in our rooms? Definitely do not recommend this hotel to the middle-class average people.

Our check in was amazing. Devon was enthusiastic, kind, over top customer service and loves his job. I really enjoy meeting individual who make you feel appreciated.
He also suggested a room to enjoy the views of the courtyard too. Thanks for a nice stay!

This property was great! Had lots of seating in the Lobby and bar area! The bar has great deals on beer and food on Fridays and Saturdays! The courtyard was gorgeous and quiet! The only thing was disappointing was coffee shop younger women was beyond rude and closes at 11 AM and check-out is at 12.
