Jai demandé une chambre au red chaussée vu notre age nous l'avons eu mais c'était 2 lits simple cest pas ce que j'avais demandé c'était un lit double et nous avons eu une chambre je le savais mais on entendait trop parlé trop de buit dans la chambre a côté.

Mauvaise communication.

Quand je suis arrivé, la porte d'entrée était fermée et il n'y avait aucune réponse sur le haut-parleur de sécurité !! J'ai dû appeler l'hôtel pour parler à quelqu'un. De plus, lorsque je suis parti, j'ai dit au personnel que je partirais tôt le lendemain. Lorsque j'ai quitté l'hôtel, la réception était fermée, j'ai donc déposé ma carte dans la boîte de dépôt et je suis sorti pour trouver la porte fermée. Le problème était que je n'avais pas de code pour sortir et je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans l'hôtel ! J'ai essayé de sonner mais aucune réponse ? Heureusement, un autre client de l'hôtel était réveillé au rez-de-chaussée et j'ai utilisé sa carte pour sortir par la porte principale ! À ce moment-là, j'étais déjà en retard.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais la propreté de la salle de bain était assez moyenne. Les parois sont très fines et on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté. Literie pas très confortable mais pour le prix ça passe
