Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing they were so helpful. Only thing that was negative was the pillows as they were very soft but I'm sure if i had asked they may have had some firm ones.

Comfort whilst in Cardiff
Lovely one night stay after attending an event in Cardiff. Hotel was spotlessly clean, all the team were welcoming, good nights sleep. Breakfast good, check in and check out were seamless experiences. Would not hesitate to return.

The hotel was beautiful and amazing.. we arrived early before checking.. The hotel eas able to accommodate us. The room was beautiful, clean and perfect. The bed was do comfy and soft. Could of stayed there for longer... Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodated. Beautiful hotel to stay in and highly recommend it. Next time we need to come back and use the Spa

Exactly what was needed to make our stay in Cardiff an excellent one. The food options for the restaurant are mostly available as room service and the quality is no less if you decide to dine in the extreme comfort of your room. The Spa is definitely worth a visit, my massage was muscle melting and I will definitely be staying here again.
