Lovely stay. Staff were great. Nice & clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Lovely full English, cereals, fruit.
Nice evening meal, not too long to wait and was busy with a wedding reception as well.
Would definatly stay again.

The room was generally clean however they missed coming one day. The continental breakfast dissapointing, limited choice with same old three bananas presented for three days, no croissants. Hot breakfast good. Bar food good.

Excellent for visitors to Lancaster Uni
Lovely, clean room and friendly welcome. Really helpful service including an offer to pre-order breakfast due to our early start (which was delicious).
The only criticism is that we couldn’t get through on the phone to book a table for dinner on arrival but otherwise, our stay was excellent.

My stay here was perfect, the staff are amazing, very friendly they go above and beyond to make sure you visit is perfect. The area is beautiful (picture perfect). The rooms are clean and provide everything you need. I will be returning.

Excellent Accommodation and Customer Service
The hotel has obviously been recently refurbished to a high standard with great attention to detail. The public rooms are welcoming and the customer care is exceptional whilst the bedrooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. A big thank you to Heather and anyone else involved in finding and returning an item we left by mistake. Would recommend and will return.

Faultless. Everything about our little stay at the Stork was excellent. Even offered somewhere safe to leave our bikes overnight which was great. Breakfast was awesome. Highly recommended.

Really lovely hotel. Though quite small my room was decorated and presented beautifully. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Massive television at the bottom of the bed. Nespresso coffee machine was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was most luxurious with a huge walk in shower. Towels were large and soft. The supplied hairdryer was a cut above the average too. I ate at The restaurant downstairs in the evening. The food was slightly better than average - I had the lamb shanks which tasted lovely and were melt in the mouth tender but not quite hot enough and not enough gravy. Breakfast was super and absolutely huge. The young lady at the bar showed me to my room and was also on duty at breakfast - I absolutely couldn't fault her: cheerful and friendly as well as helpful. I will return to The Stork whenever I visit my son at Lancaster Uni from now on (I usually stay at the Holiday Inn, but this hotel is so much nicer in every way).
