This is a lovely clean basic hotel. The rooms are small but sufficient for the price. The staff are really nice. We have stayed here with our dogs twice ready for the channel tunnel crossing. It is very convenient for the tunnel. There is a big supermarket and a few good shops within a 5 minute walk. There is a nice bar which has a lovely ambience.

Lovely overnight stop

Very friendly and helpful owner. He accepted putting some of my food in his fridge overnight, then refunded me 1€ with £1 after realising I had paid the city tax twice. I would not have noticed and it was a tiny sum. So his honesty and integrity were very appreciated.

Great budget hotel

Really good hotel for the price. It's a budget hotel but the staff and breakfast service were great. We've stayed there twice now as an overnight stop straight out of the tunnel and it's ideal, we will definitely book again. Our only complaint is there is only one thin pillow per person, it would be nice to have a second available in the room for if you wanted.
