Yes and yes however I was in room 42 and I think it’s the toilet in room 41 makes a load noise when being flushed which is a bit annoying in middle of the night.

The room was comfortable with signs of aging in the bathroom. The Spa was very nice and clean.
The food in the restaurant was mixed. Apple pie wasn’t cooked and the chef was very rude with a whatever attitude even though he agreed it wasn’t cooked. Then they still charged me for it. The breakfast was very cheap.

Nice bar, nice food. Lovely staff.
Pool water is cloudy and unclean. Bed uncomfortable and bathroom wasnt clean. Didnt stay overnight because we felt uncomfortable in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Good gym. Pool could have done with more light but otherwise good. Room was good although very hot because it was on the top floor and difficult to cool. We'd go back again.

The hotel has nice surroundings and fancy decor in the reception and restaurants. However, the room decor is dated and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The main issue for me was the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly when I checked in. The guy on reception was very friendly though and told me housekeeping would fix it. The breakfast was nice.

It was very noisy in the night, toilet couldn’t flush had to keep flushing repeatedly like 4-5 times before it could flush. Bed was extremely soft ordered a double-bed room they put two single-beds together which is not acceptable bedsheet was dirty on arrival. Wouldn’t recommend.

Enjoyed my stay, slept very well.
Service from all the staff was excellent
A few things need improving. Heater broken in room, shower leaked on floor and changing rooms for spa and gym need to be refurbished

Room we stayed in, number 24 was a ground floor, but there doesn’t seem to be anything to stop the noise from room above you can hear everything, especially noisy when they just walk across the room, plus the noise from the A46 right outside, if your a light sleeper then this isn’t the hotel for you.. Breakfast is buffet style and staff very good..

Enjoyable one-night stay in a cosy motel-type room in the main hotel grounds. The room was very clean and warm. Bed very comfortable.
Dinner was well-presented and delicious. Breakfast is a buffet-type with a good selection of hot and cold items.
The spa area was clean and tidy. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool is far too cold!
