Room was small but clean. Parking was plentiful. This seemed more like a place for business travelers. Mattress was too soft for our liking. Refrigerator in our room didn't work and breakfast was just okay.

The workspace did fit my needs. I would have rated my stay a 5 but I am not a fan of pillow top mattresses. The mattress in this room had a groove or trench that was hard to navigate, once you fell in you were in for the night.

Disappointed
Bed was lower quality, the whole bed shook when husband rolled over. The pillows were flat. Over all it was uncomfortable.
The room itself was loud. You could hear every step people took from the room above us. The room was also near the hotel washer and dryer which sounded like it was in the room with us.

We had the nicest stay! This is going to be our new go-to hotel when we come to town. The service and staff were outstanding. The free breakfast is excellent. Great variety and constantly replenished. Comfy bed too. Highly recommend!

Like the Hilton honors app and the digital key we get in the app - really cool. Found Tru by Hilton rooms are quite spacious and nice - we liked it.
Breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes (you just wave your hand at sensor and pancake flows into your plate - no messing with the pancake batter). Good hot breakfast.
One irritation for me- was when I had checked in I chose a room in 2nd floor away from elevator but was given a room in 3rd floor quite close to elevator with no explanation given.

Front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Never said welcome just “you got a reservation?, good morning, or good evening.
Breakfast in lobby was sparse no matter what time you went down and not a big selection.
Had a waiver that had to be signed at front desk at check in for no loud music or noise after 10pm, no vaping. The need for a waiver had us questioning what type of establishment we had booked.
Will not book this property in the future.
