It was a great stay. Nice and big room. Only complaint is you can’t control the heat, and the blankets aren’t heavy enough so I froze when I slept. Definitely should have worn a sweat shirt and sweat pants to sleep.

Room was dirty when arrived. Dead bugs in plain view. Asked for them to clean it manager refused. Bought our own broom and mop and cleaned it. Later on in the evening we discovered it’s infested with cockroaches. When we asked for another room the manager told us to leave. No respect or hospitality.

Bathtub walls covered in mold
Ceiling above shower falling and covered in black mold I wish I could add a picture. Knowing you got a 65 dollar room is one thing. Getting a 10 dollar room is another. The floors haven’t seen a broom or mop since last summer it looks like. The hooker hanging out out side offered me “ a good night” and some “real good ice cream” Definitely don’t try for a refund or room change . I didn’t even stay. We left as fast as we could.

The room was very dirty, the fridge did not work, the A/C did not work, there are roaches at night. overall it is not a good experience, and do not recommend staying at this hotel. The property management system is handled by a family, amd they do not address the issues well. When notified about the non working A/C, they provide fans which do not fix the issue, as they only blow the same hot air in the room.

I stayed the weekend here with my girlfriend and her son, the photos online showed a nice clean hotel with the space we needed. After check in was when I started noticing problems immediately. The parking lot was laughable with parking spaces so small that the long term residents of the hotel had their cars beat to hell. Thus I was worried for the safety of my own vehicle. Then entering the room it was poorly lit by randomly placed floor lamps, which when turned on sent the roaches running and revealed walls that have looked like they had different things spilled here and there and never cleaned. The “hard wood” floor has never seen a mop, and there was mold and mildew all over the shower. The A/C didn’t really seem to work at all. We had it set as low as it would go and it made absolutely no difference. I wouldn’t stay here again and if anyone said they were going to I’d tell them to run. Really wish I had pictures.

This place is so nasty, i made an account for my first review. Infested with bedbugs and roaches, STAY AWAY. Spent almost an hour here before accepting that i just burned $80 and left.

Do not recommend!
Do not stay at this motel! It is infested with cockroaches. The floors turn your feet black within minutes of walking them. The beds are so uncomfortable and dirty. The a.c was broke. Most outlets didn’t work. The first room we were in the fridge didn’t work. Every time we left our room we had to go to the office and have our room key reprogrammed. Now the cockroaches… they were everywhere! Big and small. They came out the soap dispenser, the stove, fridge, microwave, the walls, and the t.v. The door was covered in them at night. They would crawls across the floors and down the walls.

The property manager at the front desk didn’t even know I had a reservation. I paid for and reserved a room, but he couldn’t “find it in the system” very inconvenient and when I did get checked in the room was filthy. I had to mop the whole floor and I did see cockroaches in the room.

They have bugs running around in the refrigerator. The sink had sand in it. Showed the owner but he didn’t care. He said I can choose another room or refund. This was at 1 am. The other room he was offering had bugs in the doorway. The worst place I ever booked. DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!

Need a DEEP CLEAN and better property staff
I got at the property around 6pm, the manager wasn't there and the lady that was there seems like she didn't know much about anything, communication was very difficult with her, she kept saying me just go to the beach and come back later, but I did NOT HAVE THE KEYS for my room then, so If the person who knows how to run the place will not be at the site again how should I get at my room any time I wanted? I paid over $200 for one night stay and y'all can see in the pictures the nasty condition of the room, it smells like Marihuana, the bathroom was nasty with black mold on the shower, broken sink glued with silicon and black mold all over it, didn't even wanted to take a shower there,sheets with stains and stinks, face towels with hair on it who knows from where. Well finally the manager shows like about 40 minutes later when he told to the lady he will be at tge place in 13 minutes

This room reeked of cigarette smoke although it says smoke free room. There’s a gap between the floor and door, so small animals could get in. I woke up to cockroaches on the same bed as me. These sheets were stained on all the beds and the remote did not work.

Only thing good its near the ocean front I stayed in one room I had a roach problem front dest told me I couldn't get a refund but he can change my room. ONLY DIFFERENCE there are no roaches in this room but the heat was cold air so I was cold all night had to use my blow dryer for heat the stove top didnt work just a waist of money and very bad experience. Dont StAY HERE EVER!
