Old dirty room
The outside & common area are nice but the room is so old. Online pictures are deceiving, I feel scammed. This place costs $65 more than Hotel Vandaval, which I like a lot better (we stayed there 1 night), but is not as comfortable- the bed is hard to sleep on, the room smells like paint, toilet doesn’t flush well & old, bathtub is very high & uncomfortable to shower in, staffs are not friendly, breakfast sucks. House keeping hung back dirty towels that we left on the floor instead of giving us fresh towels. No body soap or lotion. Nothing positive I can say except it is located convenient just like any other hotels as PN is a very tiny city.

Great place to end trip!
I was greeted with such warmness in spite of not traveling light given that I was on the tail end of my trip after Antartica. The bed was so comfy as the pillows. My room was on the 3rd floor, got a nice view of the mountains. The shower was cozy, with towel heater, hairdryer and warm water! The hotel is walking distance from the coastline and the town center. It was nice to take strolls up and down, to and from the hotel. Made my stay in Punta Arenas pleasant and just the right way to end my trip!

Great boutique hotel centrally located
Really enjoyable few days at The Veat. Room was cosy and warm, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Handy having an onsite cafe too. Staff friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage for a couple of days when we travelled elsewhere.

3 nights at The Veat
Lovely place to stay in town with super hosts. Nice area to walk around with many great options for food and cafe, including it's own restaurant. The heating in the rooms and bathrooms works very well. Modern and comfortable, great value.

Comfortable, lovely stay
We stayed at The Veat before and after our time in Torres del Paine national park. We had a lovely stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had lunch the first day at their cafe, which was absolutely delicious and very filling ("despite" being vegan). The staff kindly let us leave surplus things in bags while we went off on our trek, and also made breakfast available an hour early to accommodate our early bus out of Puerto Natales. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great hotel in Puerto Natales
We had a wonderful stay at The Veat. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. They were communicative via email and even stored our luggage for free while we were doing the W Trek. It is a great part of town to stay in as you are close to the water and very walkable to many restaurants, shops and the grocery store. I read some complaints about noise on the reviews prior to our stay but we did not find it an issue. Most guests were early to bed and early to rise as everyone was making their way to Torres del Paine National Park or doing other day trips.

Nice room and views
Bright room with a comfortable bed, small separate sitting area, and windows looking out at the mountains and sound. Friendly staff and delicious full breakfast. Convenient location right near the entrance to town and a block from the waterfront, with easy parking, and dining/shops a 10 min walk away.

Basic nice small hotel
Hotel has what you need to stay the night: well located (walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc), small rooms, basic everything, clean, ok breakfast. To me pricey for the delivery but it’s high season.

Good place to stay. Short walk to everything. A little noisy in our room at times from street traffic passing by but not too bad. Would stay again. Decent breakfast but they should get better coffee.
