The staff was a great welcome when we arrived at midnight. She was friendly and very helpful. The best was Marion she has a wonderful personality willingness to help and made my morning start with a smile. She went out of her way to help me with a issue and even more so she carried herself with so much energy

we booked a room with two queen beds.
aawhen we checked in we were told only room available had one bed, but would bring in an uncomfortable rollaway.
My 38 year old son had a very bad sleep on that bed.

Nice and quiet for being right off the interstate and near a railroad track. Clean, comfortable, super friendly staff. Extremely convenient location for getting to downtown Pittsburgh - 20-30 minutes to PNC Park and PPG Paints Arena - and to shopping/eating in Cranberry.

Under construction, moldy leaking ceiling upon entry, breakfasts were not appetizing, no ice on third floor, pool and gym closed but were advertised on booking sites. Overpriced but staff was accommodating and kind. Would not stay again.

The staff was hands down the most friendly hotel staff I have ever experienced. The management was great and made it a point to greet guests and check on everything. Anytime I’m in the Pittsburgh area I will be staying here.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful, made check in a breeze.
Our room on the 200 floor is in need of some updating and maintenance. Wallpaper coming off the wall, stains on curtains, and bathtub liner was chipped and peeling.
