Tired hotel
The hotel was quite dated and clearly in need of a major refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards. Communication with the staff was limited, but when we did interact, they were courteous. The primary advantage of staying here was its convenient proximity to the airport, which suited our early morning flight.

Good value for money.
We booked the room for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle to the airport was on time and cheap. Make sure you have cash for the shuttle as they do not accept cards.

Very disappointed that after booking for 2 adults and my 2 year old daughter, they announced that a 15euros surcharge for our daughter 1 hour after check in. I requested 2 months ago a baby cot. They never replied. Now i am told that a baby who was on the booking is required to sleep in the double bed with parent's. If they supply a cot another 15 euros. The cot was given to us by reception with no mention of this. Then given a bill later. This is really poor service and penny pinching on an extreme scale

The picture i saw in the website is different from what i saw physically, which is misleading, the room has no air condition which makes the room very hot and the location is very far from the city centre which makes it difficult and more expenses. I paid for two nights, i was only able to stay one night because it was too hot and no air condition and i had insect bites. So i have to pay for another hotel which made my expenses even more higher. I did not really have a good experience.

Everything was fine until some sort of noise - like squeaky pipes started at around 1am on my floor and in my room. It lasted until 4:30 am. The staff was helpful but unable to resolve the problem so I wasn’t able to sleep.

We did not stay here! We reserved a room in the new section of the hotel but they gave our room away and tried to put us in the old section wich was dark and dingy the rooms were not clean. We asked for a room with a shower not a tub so they showed us the handicap accessible room wich looked as if someone had slept in it and it had not been cleaned. The overall appearance and feel of this place was old and not maintained.
We left and were able to get a room at the Ibis down the road wich was very nice and like a 5 star hotel compared to the Logis Saint Vincent which in my opinion is a dump.
