Too far out
The flat was ok and spacious but there is almost no bedding and it was freezing.
No coffee machine either...their reply was this is only for the 'more exoensive flats'. Seriously?
We wanted to walk there late at night but then realised how far it was and the fact that it wasnt safe on the way, as quite a dodgy guy started following us.
Only convenient if you have a car....

The property was nice and the restaurant next door was very good as well.
It was convenient for us as we arrived a day early for our cruise and the terminal is across the street.
Be very careful walking around this area. It gets dangerous quickly.

Está muy bien ubicado cerca de puerto Madero, y también muy cerca del centro… Las instalaciones son de primera, especialmente el Spa, el sauna, la alberca, templada y la alberca al aire libre… El desayuno es en una cafetería a un costado, es muy básico, pero está muy bueno…

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr modern und sauber. das Hotel teilt sich die gesamte Anlage mit Wohnungen, aber hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo überfüllt war. Einziger Nachteil: durch den Hafen ist es recht laut und wenn auch sicher, ist der nahelegenste Weg in Richtung Bahnhof etwas verdreckt und man fühlt sich etwas komisch.

Villa 31 - Do some research
The property itself is a luxurious building, and the staff at the entrance were exceptionally kind and welcoming. However, there were some drawbacks to my stay. The air conditioning was not functioning, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the location posed some challenges. Being adjacent to Villa 31 creates an environment that isn’t ideal for leisurely strolls or exploring the area on foot.
As a tourist, I value the convenience of being able to walk, bike, or access public transportation safely, but this property requires taking an Uber to reach most parts of the city. This lack of accessibility made the experience feel less immersive and tourist-friendly.
While the apartment is luxurious compared to other options, I don’t feel it fully justifies the stay, as it doesn’t provide the flexibility or experience one might expect when visiting a new city.

O quarto é bem espaçoso e moderno, além de bom chuveiro
Todavia é longe de Porto Madeiro mais de 2 - 3km, em area não segura e com nada perto a distância possível de caminhar.
O staff é pouco receptivo, tive um problema e foram incapazes de me ajudar
Apesar do quarto ser bom e moderno, não recomendo pelos motivos acima.

Excelente hotel, tudo novinho, moderno e bem cuidado. Ótimo atendimento. Só achamos um pouco longe, mas nada que um Uber não resolva. Valeu muito a pena a escolha.

Only managed to spend 3hrs due to a delayed flight and rescheduled flight out. However, we chose Almarena Puerto Retiro Affiliated by Melia due to it's proximity to AEP airport, which was just 15-20mins drive away. The hotel is essentially serviced apartments - the room was clean and extremely spacious with a kitchenette, large king size bed etc. Didn't get to look at the other facilities, but on first impressions, would be happy to book this away.

Moderne mais situé dans un quartier sans intérêt
L'hôtel est moderne et les commodités sont nombreuses (salle d'entraînement, 2 piscines, spa). L'extra pour le déjeuner ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. Il y a très peu ou pas de services autour de l'hôtel et ça peut être hasardeux de se promener dans les environs le soir.

Achamos a estrutura do hotel excelente, com um laser bem completo como o anúncio. Sabíamos pelos comentários que ficaríamos um pouquinho distante do microcentro, mas isso não foi um problema para nós e da para ir andando até puerto madero, florida, casa rosada se não tiver problema com caminhadas. Ficamos um pouco surpreendidas com o café da manhã do hotel que não é self service e que pagamos caro. Como tem muitos cafés na argentina, recomendo que não feche sua hospedagem com café da manhã. Porém aos finais de semana eles levam o café da manhã no quarto, e nesse entregam mais opções do que nos dias de semana.

Hospedagem muito boa quartos amplos, confortáveis, tudo parece novo. As minhas unicas reclamações são referentes a localização que é muito ruim e o cafe da manha que é fraquinho. So tem 3 opções e se quiser algo mais tem que pagar a parte.
