I recommend this property. Besides the proximity to all the convenience in the world, food, transportation. Shopping, the people at the facility makes you feel welcome. George who I think manages the property responded timely to any all inquiries I had.

Excellent host. There were some minor issues that the host did his best to resolve. Very responsive and helpful.
Building is very nice, walking distance to shopping, nightlife, restaurants. Room is clean and convenient.

I liked everything about this property except the following:
Local Dance Clubs go until 4am with bass reverberating almost all night
This area is very expensive to dine in.
It wasn't made clear that the one A/C control worked for both A/C units.
The building was beautiful, however, the desk personnel were not strict about checking who belonged there.
The room was spacious enough as a one bedroom. The amenities were just enough for a few days. I stayed six. The bathroom was super small, but did have a shower curtain preventing a wet floor around the sink area.

The unit is immaculate and check-in was a breeze. George, the property manager, was quick to respond and was easily reachable. The place is well supplied with things you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Uptown Mall is just a 5-minute walk and Landers supermarket is right next to the building. We had an amazing and relaxing stay.

Despite the Apartment was not ready upon checked-in, Mr George was very attentive to his customers. His prompt reponses to emails and requests needed were reliable. The only suggestions we can give: 1) The garbage disposal. They should have a disposal area within the floor. Or allow to leave garbage outside the room esp for a short stay customers, instead of waiting for a knock at
the door. 2) Check the AC. We noticed that every AC in our Unit would leak on the floor the entirety of our stay.

Small but still very good
Many good things to say. Only slight drawback is that the condo itself is rather small. However, the very limited space is pretty well used. Comfy bed, good curtains, good warm water, good lighting, good tv, good electricity plugs, good communication, good staff and cleaners and so on.

The stay was amazing, best I've experienced in the Philippines. .There were only two things that upset me. Some of the listed amenities were not true, such as the gym, it was there and very nice, however, unless you were an actual resident of the building, you were not allowed to use the facility.
The other thing, which was one of the primary reasons I selected the property, along with the gym, it stated that parking was available, but it did not state that it was at a cost! Trickery tactics, not appreciated at all.
