Relaxing Holiday Inn Express Lodi stay!!
Fairly new hotel, definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Convenient and close to downtown Lodi for restaurants and shopping. Especially for all the great wineries in surrounding area. They also have an indoor pool which is very relaxing.

Needs work
This is the second time I stay at this specific hotel. The first time I thought it was great, but this time around we got a room that needs the door handles fixed. Right off the bat we get to our room and the door doesn’t open so I go back down to the lobby and funny thing the desk clerk knew exactly what room and what my problem Was. Then my son got stuck in the bathroom, can’t get out. Come to find out that the bathroom
Knob has the same issue.
Then at the breakfast area, food ran out and I feel that if you know your hotel is close to fully booked then plan to have more food available for your guests. I heard from other family members that the desk clerk didn’t handle the complaints of the guests very well and let her rage take over. Very unprofessional.
