It was a new and nice hotel. Convenient to airport and the Gaylord - which was a nice 1-mile walk away. Plenty of food options within a short 5-minute walk.

Overall a nice hotel. I arrived later (8pm) and reception said the kitchen was open until 9m. I tried to order food at 8:40 and was told the kitchen was closed. Not much else

The hotel has common, ordinary outdoor parking spaces situated conveniently in front of the building; however, hotel management has begun charging their guests $15/day to park. The desk clerk said the fee was to stop people from parking there; then “Ubering” to the airport, and enjoying free parking until their return. Well, fine—but guests should receive a free parking pass. I chose this hotel for its exceptional rating, and in all other respects, I found it exceptional. However, I find bamboozling the guests on parking disrespectful—hardly exceptional.
Manager: you have an exceptional property, so why compromise good will over something petty?

Basically in a brand new area, mostly hotels and townhomes. Lovely room! Very spacious- felt like we were in a penthouse suite with a couch, ottoman, king bed, 2 nightstands, big tv, extra large desk, walk in closet, big motor, spacious bathroom and still more than enough room to do cartwheels lol
For the cost of the room, however, breakfast should be included with every room, not $15.99 per person.

It was clean quiet and modern. Beautiful room, all your apps on the TV. Nice bathroom with a great shower. Also, less than a ten minute drive to the airport.

Friendly staff room ok
The check in process was easy and there was an area with food and amenities which was helpful since my flight had been canceled. I did find a couple of black hairs (not mine) on the floor and in the shower. One of the pillows had a stain on the pillowcase, couldn’t tell if it was a new stain or had been washed so I didn’t use it. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were not. I woke up with a neck ache.

Relatively close to the Denver International airport, less than 15 minutes. Had to book late due to weather delays. Hotel fairly new and room was very nice. Only issue was I could not get through to get through for shuttle pick-up from the airport. Tried 3 times and just put on hold by automated system. Had to get a taxi which was $44! Restaurant and bar both closed at 9pm so had real food options and nothing close (walking distance). Called Domino's.

Mostly great!
The comfort of the room was great! It was clean and bath products were great! Only problem was the noise from either outside our room or above us. They were noisy til midnite! Good gravy! If I would have known the rest of my room was still awake, I would have gotten up and banged on the ceiling or opened the door and told them to knock it off! I kept thinking they would stop! I guess unless the hotel is not having an employee walking the halls, you wouldn’t have know about the noise. But wow! Those folks were rude. Walking heavy footed and or bouncing a ball! Ugh!
