A warm welcome was received on arrival.
Room was clean and large in size, bed was very comfy and the pillows were delightful.
Breakfast was delicious, the chef was amazing preparing all the alternatives that people were ordering.
Bar staff were friendly and chatty.
Just a little further out of Winchester than we had anticipated but the taxi service was good.
The reception area was bright, comfortable and had a nice relaxing atmosphere with lots of different areas for couples/families to sit and enjoy a drink and/or chat.

check in very slow and then the cards didn't work ! so had to go back down to reception
No where to park when we arrived as a conference was
on causing us having to wait and move our vehicle
dogs around the breakfast buffet area - not hygienic

Very comfortable stay
The Voco was way better than I was expecting. Really modern and very well appointed at a great rate. Very friendly staff and perfect for my business trip. Excellent food too in the restaurant. This way exceeded my expectations to be honest and I would happily stay here again when back in this area.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff were lovely. The hotel has great facilities but we didn't make use of them this time round due to other plans in the city which is just a few minutes away by cab. Would happily stay again and enjoy the spa and restaurant. Rooms were also very pleasant with some nice compliments. Thank you to all at Voco.

Good hotel…shame about the mattress!
Comfortable stay on outskirts of Winchester. Hotel reception welcoming, and rooms were very clean. Only downside was very uncomfortable mattress (which needs replacing) and bathroom needs modernising (although it was functional and clean)
