Favourite hotel
Lovely hotel stayed with our dog who was very happy there. Family visited us for dinner which was good and we watched Wimbledon on large screens. Will stay again.

Lovely hotel
Booked breakfast and dinner option was really impressed. Great selection on the menu and value for money was great. Hotel was spotless clean and the staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. I did notice the pool area had a few broken tiles and was needing a little TlC but overall okay.

We arrived very late as it was a last minute booking. The hotel itself was lovely , very clean and modern!
The only issue we had was , there was a planned power cut at midnight which we was not informed of ...so we did think we had tripped a fuse , until we walked downstairs and saw a few other concerned people.
On another note , can confirm the fire saftey lights etc work. All in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely go back.

Good value, but spa needs attention.
Quick check in with pleasant staff. Nice room which was very warm with no air con. Would benefit from opening windows & keeping curtains drawn during day to keep rooms cooler.
Great size tv with good choice of chanels. Comfy bed & good bathroom but a little small.
Public areas have been refurbished to a good standard & bar areas are great.
The only critsm is the spa which was grubby overall particularly around the pool where there was dirty looking flakes of paint around the vents & cracks in the ceiling. Also the jacuzzi was not working & has been out of order for some time.

Very nice quick stay. Used the gym and the pool and although both were small they were big enough. The food at the bar was decent and the bed was comfy. All in all very good stay.

Family feel with the AMAZING STAFF!!!
My husband Matthew and l arrived at the hotel early evening.
It had been a very long, hot tiring day.
I explained that we had booked additional on the Friday due to having to do some meetings for work, as well as the Saturdays original booking.
I asked if we could stay in the same room for 2 nights.
Ahmed who had greeted us ,was AMAZING, and sorted all that out for us , and made sure we had a room with air con.
Professional, warming and welcoming , nothing was to much trouble.
Amazing other staff who were like family , it had a family feeling in the hotel ,so comforting and warm welcoming.

Lovely hotel in a covenient location. Bed was quite uncomfortable, especially the pillows. We wantwd to order room service and were told when we checked in that there was a QR code in the room to order through. Couldnt find it anywhere, so had to go order at the bar!
