Air conditioning was great, housekeeping did a very good job. It’s so nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful, but needs more fresh items like salad and fruit.

The hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities one needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a lot of comfy sofas in the lobby to sit and relax. Room was clean and a nice size. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Windsor.

We loved location of the property as well as how clean the room was. My wife loved the scent that was used, not sure what it was, but it was very pleasant.

Stayed here many times before and always had a positive experience. However this time the room was dirty and reception staff very rude and unhelpful. Was provided with an alternative room after showing photographic evidence of the filthy room.. the second room was better but still very run down and lacking cleanliness.
The only positive were the two concierge staff who were very polite and helpful unlike their colleagues in reception.
