Staff members were engaged, helpful, positive and represented your brand so well. I only stayed one nite but I’ll be looking for your motels for future travels. It was clean, well organized and the full size fridge (with ice!), real coffee pot with a generous amount of coffee, and the opportunity to bring my dog got my attention!

The area was decent and felt safe enough. This hotel sits in a small cluster with about three others. I was surprised to see the Holiday Inn Express nearby has worse reviews than this one, I wish I’d gone inside to see why.
The hotel itself was reasonably clean. I think that is due to the new renovations. Id be surprised how they upkeep the hotel. Our room was fine, but our family member’s room wasn’t dirty and smelt like dog pee. When we checked in, someone was being evicted, which didn’t make for a great first impression. The entire second and third floors smelled strongly of weed throughout our stay, and at one point someone was smoking a cigarette on our floor. The smell was so bad we had to keep a towel at the door to block it out as best we could.
On a positive note, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
Would I stay here again? 100% no.

Comfy spot
An amazing place for the price. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, full size fridge. Carpet was nice and clean. Quiet area. All we heard was a trash truck. Highly recommend!

My Place is My place
This place was wonderful. It was supper quiet. We enjoyed the spacious clean room.
The full sized refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave was very nice.
My only desire was for a king sized bed.
There are only queen sized beds avaliable.
Staff was beyond helpful. The room with a tub was immaculate. Definitely want to stay here again. There is also a mini stove top.

Eeverything was wonderful, brand new hotel! The one issue they are going to have is the slamming of the doors. It's SO loud! They should consider some sort of spring to slow the doors from slamming! Otherwise, what a great new hotel!

I booked a room through a third party back in May 2025. I get a call two days before my stay (July3rd-6th) that the hotel will not be open to the public until July 21st 2025 and they will be canceling my reservation. Here it is July 11th and they are not trying to give me my refund. I even went up to the hotel on July 3rd to get something to show my reservation was cancelled and nothing. Herbert Williams (property manager) you should be ashamed. You’re not even open and have a bad review. You guys really had the nerve to ask me for a review of a hotel I couldn’t even stay at. I WANT MY MONEY. They told me the third party doesn’t know they are not open but if you book on their website, it won’t allow you. WHAT!!!
