Had a perfect stay.
I really enjoyed my stay. Juveria, the owner, was lovely and couldn't be more accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The window opened fully, which was a real bonus! Lots of buses into town but a lovely 10 minute walk, passing lots of independent shops en route. Very comfortable and clean.

Charming- a great find. We wished we had time for a longer stay.
Terrific and thoughtful appointments in the room. We checked in late evening and phoned ahead to advise of being delayed. Staff very gracious and accommodating.
Breakfast was fabulous. Good quality cereals, good range of hot food cooked to order. The mushroom omelette I ordered was the best omelette I've ever had. Sooo good with a light covering of grilled cheese on the top.

Very easy to get to on the outskirts of the city. The room was a good size with an extremely comfortable bed and lots of little extras - snacks and water - as well as tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was amazing - all freshly cooked and absoluteky delicious.

Great location to stay for business. Lots of road side parking available in front and around hotel. Short stroll into town for bars and restaurants. Great location. Room spotless and comfortable. Quiet too! Deffo stay again.

The Scottish breakfast was a feast and was a great start to the day. Good price, considering what other hotels charge, for what is ultimately a bed for the night. Maybe slightly dated, but hospitable, and owner very personable and helpful.

Very spacious comfortable room with very comfortable bed with breakfast cooked to order with good choice and excellent service. Hot water takes a while to run through but is fine once it reaches you and noise from adjoining rooms and bathrooms can be heard so noisy neighbours would be an issue.

This place definitely deserves stay!
The overall dated appearance of this property is easy to ignore.
It is a grand building and feels more like a hotel than a B&B, the double room I had was huge, plenty of storage and some nice amenities.
It’s clear to see that the owners have all the intentions to provide a high level of service without penny pinching to maximise profit.
The quality and presentation of the breakfast was outstanding and up there with one of the best I’ve had at any hotel.

This is a beautiful property, historical old home.
Great location.
Our room was roomy and pretty, well equipped, great view.
Breakfast - wonderful.
Staff - GREAT
Suggestions for improvement: Mattress toppers on the beds. We could feel the springs. They should have touch up paint handy, MANY nicks in the paint. Mirrors close to the plug-ins would be helpful. Microwave would be a plus.
Over-all would stay here again. It was a good stay.

Comfortable and cosy stay
Had a lovely one night stay. Room was very spacious and came equipped with all that I needed. Bed was very comfy and never experienced any disturbance from fellow guests. Barely heard any noise so it was a surprise to see so many folk the next morning at breakfast. Owners were so lovely and welcoming and nothing was ever too much hassle. Only minor downsides to this place is it is slightly outdated decor wise and there was single glazed windows in my room which made the room slightly cold but that is expected in an aged property. Otherwise no complaints and will gladly stay again.
