I arrived a little early, but they still let me check in without waiting for the official time. I felt truly welcomed from the first minute. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was strangely quiet for a place downtown. I needed a couple of days of rest, and I came back feeling truly rested. I will definitely be back!

I was mislead by Expedia! On your website it says the rating of the place is excellent! When I went with my children and wife after a lot of difficulty to get to the place, I was shocked by the area around the place and by the building and breakfast area. Really dirty and misleading. I had to go to another hotel.

Odalarda ayna yok, wifi iyi çekmiyor, lobi ile telefon bağlantısı yok, temizlik isterseniz var, kahvaltıda sadece bir yumurta ve bir peynir var, çalısanlar çok tatlı yoksa otel göründüğü gibi değil sırf personelin hatrına degiştirmedik. Asla tanıtıldıgı gibi degil. Odada su ısıtıcı yok, suyu kahveyi inip parayla alıyorsunuz

Das Abendessen auf dem Nil war perfekt organisiert. Rückkehr ins Zimmer – alles war ordentlich hergerichtet. Klimaanlage war leise, das Bett bequem. Wirklich entspannend.

كنت محتاج أرتب يوم سريع للمتحف وسوق قديم، ولما سألت الريسيبشن، نظموا الرحلة في أقل من ساعة. العربية كانت مكيفة ونظيفة، والسواق فاهم شغله كويس. رجعت آخر اليوم مرهق، ولقيت الغرفة مترتبة والبطانية مطبقة بشكل أنيق على طرف السرير. حركة بسيطة، بس فرقت معايا جدًا.

The room wasn’t fancy, but it was very tidy and calm. The bed was comfortable, and the soft lighting made it even more relaxing. The receptionist asked if I’d like to join the next day’s tour to Khan El-Khalili. I said yes, and it was very well organized with a private car and a very polite driver.

Ich hatte Bedenken wegen der Treppe, besonders weil ich einen großen Koffer dabei hatte. Aber das Hochgehen war einfacher als erwartet. Ein Mitarbeiter kam mit mir hoch und half mir, ohne dass ich darum bat. Das war mein erster Eindruck – ausgezeichnet.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente; cada día ordenaban mi habitación cuando lo pedía. ¡La cama era tan cómoda que no quería levantarme!
La ubicación del hotel en el centro es fantástica, cerca de todos los lugares turísticos. El desayuno también fue muy agradable.
El personal te trata como si fueras parte de la familia. Cualquier solicitud se atiende rápidamente y siempre con una sonrisa. La habitación era muy cómoda y tranquila.
El internet es fuerte y estable en todas las áreas del hotel. El baño estaba completamente equipado con todos los productos de higiene, lo cual fue muy conveniente.
