I loved everything about this hotel, on the inside. I stayed during the week-long Chinese New Year celebrations, which made the surrounding streets and sidewalks crowded, loud and unsafe.

It’s our third time to stay here in Ramada, Binondo. Very accessible when you want to go around Chinatown or Divisoria. Just outside the hotel were the popular street foods that’s trending online. Stafff were attentive and you feel safe staying here that’s ang other inns or hotels in this area. We would definitely stay again next time! Angelo, Edward and Charles were great along with the guards! Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Manila, thanks to the exceptional service! Albert was incredibly helpful with my luggage and shared great local tips, making my trip so much easier. Shessa and Rommel at the front desk were warm, efficient, and made check-in and check-out a breeze.
Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and amazing staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Love the location being in the heart of Chinatown. Busy street to be on but getting rides isn’t awful so it balances out. Dining is great in house and the staff is extremely friendly and vigilant! Would recommend highly if you want to stay in the Binondo-Manila area.

Nice location in the middle of Chinatown! Next to a bubble tea shop and a well-known snack shop Eng Bee Tin. Staff service from the security guards, front men and concierge is top notch. Thanks to Jeff, JV and Edward for making my stay around Manila well worth the visit!

The location is very convenient to all popular tourist spots and restaurants! Walkable and safe even at night the area was well lit and police visibility is round the clock! It’s been few years since I visited this area and can’t believe I was in Manila! It’s now clean and you can’t see sketchy people roaming around like few years back. The staff was very nice and accommodating esp. Sir Jeff, Sir Kevin, Ma’am Aly, and the guard Sir Cuenca! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The lobby staffs were very kind and helped us well. However, the bathroom drainage was poor, and as soon as I started showering, the bathroom flooded. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air properly.

A nice big room
The staff were all welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is a bit worn in places. The corridor wallpaper and carpets were rather shabby but theyre clean.
Our room was a suite with panoramic views. It was a nice size room with a seating area and a tv in both the seating area and the bedroom.
Breakfast had both local food options and western food options.
We couldn't connect our Wifi in the room and staff were quick to come and help and similarly, when the tv stopped working they were quick to resolve the issue.
There's not a lot to do locally apart from visit the church next door, which is absolutely beautiful.
Its about a half hour walk to Intramuros and it's on busy main roads. You get approached by locals but they dont hassle you if you day no to whatever they are trying to sell.
Finally, a big thank you to Albert for all his help.
My husband hurt his ankle and Albert brought him an ice pack and ensured we had a regular supply.

The overall friendliness and attention that the entire staff provided is noteworthy. However, most noteworthy was Ms Ara and her colleagues Cita and Albert who found a work around for my issues of access to others within my group staying with me at the Ramada Wyndham.
