Poor staffing - no internet or TV for 3 days, they finally moved us to another room. Called multiple times and never got a call back.
Bedding was very old and thin. Pillow was ripped and stuffing coming out. Water in shower was scalding hot! Nice location, but definitely needed updating!

Quiet and relaxing and cool spot to enjoy..
Comfortable bed, Clean, Everything as advertised. Very nice restaurant adjacent to resort. So lovely to be able to sit next to the Fall River and listen to the water flowing over the rocks. That would be the main reason to stay here.

Really nice place our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property is outside of Estes Park. There is a river running through this made it so relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the water. Nice restaurant on site as well.
