Good for stopover

Good overall but late check in was a problem as we were not given a room code prior to arrival so had to ring the reservation help line and enter lots of details again. Not good when it’s late and you just want to go to bed. If you book direct with B&B it’s much easier as they automatically send you a check in code prior to arrival.

Hôtel très propre et confortable J’ai cependant eu un problème avec la chasse d’eau qui a bloqué et a coulé tout la nuit ce qui nous a empêché de dormir . Dommage qu’il y a personne à l’accueil pour nous accueillir nous aider. Le vigile été présent, je n’ai pas eu l’idée qu’il pouvait nous aider idée pour que nous changions de chambre.

Notre périple du 21/09.2025! 18 h 52,réponse de réservation positive (par mail). 18 h 57 ,confirmation de réservation (par mail). 18 h 59, réponse pour petit déjeuner (par mail). 21 h 15 Arrivée sur place, pas d'accès !!!!! Entrée par le portillon piéton. Personne à la réception ! N'aillant pas eu les codes accès pour la chambre nous communiquons par interphone avec une personne qui nous donne les codes par l'intermédiaire de l'écran tactile dans le sas d'entrée. Pas de repas et pas d'information sur les possibilités de restaurations, nous nous sommes servi au distributeur automatique bien garnit. 21 h 35. Nous recevons les codes d'accès. We were passing through. Such a convenient stop from the motorway, easy to find and the late checkin with the code worked well. Great travelling with two dogs. Very clean and secure car park.

Nuit agréable malgré tout. La qualité du matelas ne me convient pas. C’est un avis personnel. Et la climatisation n’était vraiment pas top même à 20 degrés. Mais dans l’ensemble je conseil cet hébergement

Habitué à mieux pour cette chaîne d hotels.Mauvais numéro de resa donc appel deux fois pour assistance car on ne nous trouvait pas à la borne🤔 Lit très bruyant dès lors que l on bougeait à peine. Literie moyenne. Cependant chambre propre. Amabilité du premier jour un peu juste. Par contre la personne du 2eme petit déjeuner était très aimable. Un peu déçus.
