The hotel was amazing, great location for everything. Breakfast was amazing cooked fresh and it was proper bacon not the streaky kind, the scrambled eggs were also great. The actual room was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Very pleasant stay for three nights. Staff was very helpful and it was easy to communicate in english. Room was better than expected and location was perfect for the old town of krakow. Would visit again for sure.

Lovely hotel right above the main square. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Some areas of room could do with maintenance eg air conditioner unit, jacuzzi bath but generally a great hotel

A beautiful hotel set in an ideal location in the centre of town. Service excellent, food superb and good value for money, well-appointed rooms and very quiet despite the central location. We've already recommended the hotel to friends!

Had a lovely stay, facilities at hotel good. Room was amazing, beds very comfortable, superb shower and loved the bath in the room a lovely touch of luxury.. if i did have a niggle it would be litrle things like stains on carpet at entrance to room makes you feel first impression are off putting until.you walk in and see how beautiful it is. Breakfast could have been a little.healthier or more options but still nice.. staff eere amzaung would go out of way to be helpful. A big thank you for the extra effort for my granddaughter birthday
