The only negative thing I have to say is I stayed more than a month in the hotel not once was my room cleaned nor serviced I washed all my stuff and cleaned my own room. Other than that it was ok. Paper thin walls could hear everyone next to me

Extremely sub-par stay
The room was musty, the AC was not running, it barely worked, i killed or saw 4 cockroaches, which i called and complained about, i requested a new room or to cancel my stay, the front desk said they would ask the property manager and i never got a response. Something bit me that caused a bump to form and has not healed at all on my face.
Nothing was done to compensate me or make things right and i was never contacted from the management.

The rooms looked kind of like what they did in the photos, but not really. The toilet didn’t flush correctly, I pulled the curtain apart to take a shower and two roaches crawled out, when I got out of the shower a roach was on the wall beside my bed, and when I pulled the main blanket away from the sheets, the fitted sheet had cigarette burns on it. Other than that, decent service, good spot to stay considering it’s on I 40, Walmart is 1 min away, Raleigh is about 20 min. Pretty nasty room though. Never gonna book again

While my stay was descent for my family, I noticed that there was too much refurbishment going on which ruined my comfort. I would suggest if there’s an overhaul of changes that are needed to be made, please have everyone move out the hotel

they have the doors locked. We drove around for 40 minutes to try and find parking and had called ahead asking if a trailer would be acceptable to park there. No one answers the phone. This was so disappointing after a 16 Hour Drive

I originally booked for a queen bed room ,but received a double due too overbooking but I could not sleep comfortably due too roaches in the room,and due too overbooking I could not get another room,I told the front desk I would like a full refund,and the gave me the email address too the GM I emailed him several times no response,finally I called back too the property and the message he left for me was he would not refund my money and post whatever pics I had and do whatever else I had too,so that let me know he does not care

Horrible- AC, TV and fridge were broke and reported. No one told us no towels 2nd night UNLESS between 10-4 you exchange them?? Bizarre and inconvenient.
Should’ve kept separate reservation for 2nd for new room with clean towels and AC, TV and fridge working.
Room so hot, set on 60 a joke. It was just so wrong! Lost all cooler foods of meats, milk and yogurt. Although or coldest.

The front desk associate refused to check me out at 11 because she was upset that I didn’t stay the remainder of my stay. She decided to check me out at 1:45 pm so that the hotel could charge me a 50$ late check out fee. Luckily, i was a rational thinker and i made her provide me with a letter on the hotel’s letter head explaining why she was unable to check me out at 11 am. Her explanation was because the manager was the only person whom could do so, which was a lie. So i did get a refund AFTER contacting expedia. Never visiting here again.

I was not very happy when i weren't to the front desk at 5pm. To my surprise no one was there. Lights off everything.
I called "0" and was told front desk close at 4pm and if its not an emergency no one is there. I was traveling solo and i felt very uneasy knowing people can do whatever. I don't think ill go back
