Nice place, good location

Check in was fine The family villa is very specious and comfortable, the 2nd floor wood has some holes in it which made my kids afraid to walk on the floor. Shower had very weak ventilation and therefore was smelly after short use

Not a typical hostel

A private room with private bathroom was booked over a few weekdays. We saw a "present" in the toilet and trash already in the bathroom trash upon arrival, but the rest of the room including floor was clean (It looked like someone sat on the bed though). The rest of the stay was great with peaceful evenings, good sleep, clean/fast elevator. The top floor of the building was quieter than a hotel even with lively bar area downstairs, so people who want noise can have noise, and also people who want quiet can have quiet. Breakfast was satisfying (not donuts) and replenished when needed. Location was within one mile of a major train station/bus depot, stores/supermarkets, parks/cathedrals, restaurants/bars. Staff happy to speak English. Stay was pleasant.

Buena zona, personal amable y excelentes instalaci

El alojamiento está genial (las habitaciones, la terraza, la sala de desayuno-bar). Los baños están limpios. Mi cuarto era muy amplio y tenía un sofá. El personal es maravilloso. Me llevo muy buen recuerdo. El lugar está cerca de bares y restaurantes, y en línea recta se llega al centro ñ.

L'hébergement est moins propre que celui de strabourg mais le cauchemar :je me suis faite voler mon portefeuille et j'ai eu peu de réactivité ou empathie. Cela ne coutait rien de demander aux autres roomate, plus au lieu d aller voir vu l importance la personne à l acceuil me dit qu elle va attendre la fin de la ronde de la dame de menage et me revenir . Toute ma vie est partie en fumée avec perte titre de séjour, permis Ivoirien donc on imagine la galère, carte vitale , cb, argent en espèces . Et vous êtes là posé sur votre siège à l acceuil? J ai insisté car de memoire je l avais laissé dans la tablette cachée dans le lit avant d aller me doucher donc il fallait fouiller pour le voir . Je venais pour une nuit je suis arrivée tard,douche , récupérer la commande uber eat pour manger en bas et j'ai dormi à peine 3h que je devais me doucher et repartir au train . Dans la fatigue j'ai oubliée donc oui c'est ma faute mais et s'il avait été pris dès le soir quand je mangeais ? A Strasbourg j ai toujours laissé mon trolley en chambre maintenant j aurais peur de ça aussi. En sortant à 7h30 de l'hôtel il n y a pas eu de nouvelle personne sur mon lit car check-in a 14h ou 15h . J ai appelé a 12h15 elle me rappelle à 13h environs et me dit que la dame de menage a commencé la tournée à 9h30 , que la gouvernante en chef est retournée voir et lui a fait une video je demande de voir derriere la banquette où j'avais posé mon sac si ça glissé .J'attends encore le rappel de la dame ....

A good vibe in the bar area in the evening. Noise from bar area not noticeable in our rooms. Great staff, decent self catering facilities if required. We stayed in the villa room, my wife and I downstairs, 3 adult kids upstairs. The bathroom is ensuite with our room but not a problem, shared bathrooms for communal use are 30s walk from the room.. The worst thing for us was the cold: the central heating for the room and the living space wasn't working, not good for late January.

テレビ以外は問題なく快適に過ごせました。

広くてとても快適な部屋で、バスルームもシャワーの温度や水圧も申し分ないです。ただ、今まで2回利用しましたが、一度も部屋のテレビをつけることができませんでした。テレビをつけるまでの手続きが複雑で、部屋の番号を入力する画面に行きつかなくて毎回テレビは諦めてました。(私にはテレビはあまり重要じゃなかったのでまぁそれでもいいのですが)朝食はとても美味しくてゆったりと食べることができました。フロントのスタッフもいつも感じ良く対応してくれました。また利用したいです。(今回利用した時はフロントに繋がれていない大型犬がいましたが大人しい犬でした)

Ottima la zona, molto belle e curate le aree comuni. La camera avrebbe avuto bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione. Le luci sui letti non erano funzionanti e quando si condivide una camera con estranei sono fondamentali.

Wir waren eine Nacht da, während der Rückfahrt von England. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Frühstück. War eins der tollsten Hostel in denen ich je war, es war sauber, die Betten waren gemütlich und das Personal nett. Uns wurde super geholfen, trotz Sprachbarriere und das Frühstück war für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Dankeschön!
