This hotel is built well and managed wonderfully. The staff are very friendly at the front desk, valet, and breakfast. They are quick and professional at all levels. Breakfast items were kept stocked and they had a good variety. The valet service is so nice! No worrying about parking and they are very careful with you vehicle.

Staff is always amazing and friendly. We checked in quickly with no issues. Room was clean and spacious. We always stay here when we come to town for a hockey game. It’s conveniently close to the Grand Casino Arena. (Literally walk across the street.)
Check out was easy and quick and the valet is efficient and friendly too. Would recommend them to anyone going to an event at the Arena or needing to stay in that area of SP.

There was a little bit of a debacle with my card, they charged me 3 times, there is no microwave in the room, the beds were comfortable. But the parking is horrible. You can't park, and there is construction in front. They also only have valet and they charge you for that.

I reserved a King bed and ended up with 2 Queens. Because I had booked on a third site they said the system allows for overbooking of king rooms. Other than that our room was fine. The complimentary breakfast was good

The hotel was very clean and had an amazing breakfast. There is no parking so you have to valet park but the valets were always ready to park or fetch your vehicle so there were no issues with the parking. The area had some green space which was necessary for my dog.
