Horrible hotel in Saidia

Horrible resort, the worst experience I ever had in a hotel in the entire world, we had to wait 4 hours for our room be ready and after it when we got in the room floors were wet in the entire room, the bell hop very nice man apologize and told us he will ask the cleaning lady to comeback to go over the floors because the floors got dirty with our shoes, I was there for two nights and she never came, food is very limited if you are not a fan of chicken you won’t have much to eat, drinks are very limited as well and the staff are very rude , I saw a foreign lady yelling to the hotel director in the middle of the lobby, complaining about the hotel service, also the elevator doesn’t work only one near the lobby, I had been in others hotels in Saidia but this was the worse experience I ever had, the bell hop guys are the more professional in the entire hotel, I feel like I threw my money away going to this hotel, to the point I don’t even want to remember the name of it, very disappointed. Bd aware the hotel doesn’t look in reality like it does look in pictures, very small areas and pools , animation is horrible , I don’t know if the management of the hotel that I’m they don’t care or is the staff that are not well oriented.

Hygiene onder de maat.

De kamer die wij hadden geboekt met zeezicht was uitverkocht. Inchecken ging vlot, maar we moesten bijna 1.5uur wachten totdat we een kamer toegewezen kregen. De kamer was ruim met balkon maar qua hygiene was het een drama. Dode insecten op het nachtkastje, een afdruk van lipstick op het beddengoed wat blijkbaar geprobeerd was het te verwijderen met een natte doekje. Dat plekje was namelijk erg nat. Beddengoed voelde ook klam en vochtig aan, alsof het nog niet helemaal droog was. Hier en daar mankementen in de badkamer. Zwembad was nogal klein voor het aantal capaciteit wat daar verbleef. Zo ook met prive strand. Er zijn te weinig strandstoelen met parasol waardoor je genoodzaakt bent een normale stoel te huren, daar betaal je voor. Het eten was ok en ruim. Het restaurant zelf was schoon maar buiten kon je ook eten alleen helaas waren de stoelen zo vies en verroest en het stonk ontzettend. Het is een groot resort, het is begrijpelijk dat het personeel niet alles op orde kan krijgen zoals het een 5sterren resort beaamt, alleen er waren dingen die écht de nodige aandacht nodig hadden zoals bovengenoemde. Locatie was ideaal en de bagagedragers waren echt aardig en behulpzaam.

The Front Desk Manager made the difference. He was very helpful to me as he went out of his to get me breakfast even after they were done serving breakfast long ago. The only thing I did not like is unavailability of food or snacks or even vending machines for hungry guests who arrive late night.

Mai 2025: Chambres mal ventilées et sans climatisation (prétexte : ce n’est pas encore la haute saison — je comprends donc que les clients en basse saison sont considérés comme des clients de second choix !). Une erreur dans ma réservation a fait que j’avais le forfait « all inclusive » pour une chambre, et uniquement le petit déjeuner pour la deuxième. En essayant de négocier un supplément avec l’hôtesse d’accueil, elle me demande un montant, incompréhensible, équivalent au double de ce que j’avais déjà payé, ell me signifie d’un ton ironique et provocateur que je n’ai pas d’autre choix, ajoutant qu’elle est payée, parler l'hôtel, pour vendre le maximum (quel manque de tact !). Arrivé un dimanche après-midi vers 17h30, je récupère la deuxième chambre à 20h30 après plusieurs relances... Et il s'agit d'une chambre avec lits simples alors que j’avais demandé un lit double. Le lit bébé a été livré à 22h ! ( Heureusement la deuxième chambre était prête pour faire dormir le bébé) Par dessus le lot, des parties communes sales, notamment les ascenseurs. Le matin, à l'heure du petit déjeuner, des odeurs désagréables émanent des cuisines...

Superbe hôtel et personnel au petit soin +++++

Tres jolie hôtel en bord de plage check-in rapide malgrer l'arrivée d'un groupe. La suite est tres spacieuse et le Personel au petit soin. Hôtel qui convient aux familles. Piscine tres grande et Hôtel a proximité de nombreuses attractions. Le buffet est tres vérifié même si a mon avis il pourrait etre plus étoffé.

Il y a la place pour mieux faire

Tout d’abord bonjour, j’ai été basculé au départ de l’hôtel Radisson, Blu, Beach Radisson, Garden, chose qui m’a fortement déplu par ce que je comptais aller sur la plage, directement deux à partir de l’hôtel. ensuite personnel, gentil, mais très insistant sur le fait que je doive payer mes consommations. Sachant que c’est ce que je fais habituellement pas de poubelle dans la chambre chambre à peine nettoyé, il y avait beaucoup de poussière au sol. À mon arrivée, j’ai perdu une demi-journée, car ma carte ne fonctionnait pas donc ils m’ont au bout d’un moment changé de chambre.

J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Radisson Blu Resort Saïdia, tellement agréable que j'ai prolongé d'une nuit grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment Mounir qui s'est montré très attentionné. Le sommeil y est parfait, avec des chambres propres et bien entretenues. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, que ce soit pour le service, la nourriture variée et délicieuse ou le confort général. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour relaxant et de qualité

J'ai passé un séjour mémorable au Radisson Blu Saïdia Beach. L'hôtel brille par sa propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans les espaces communs. Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très bien entretenue. La nourriture, variée et savoureuse, accompagnée de boissons de qualité au bar, a su satisfaire toutes mes attentes. Voor deze prijs is deze hotel het niet waard de kamers mogen schoner ze waren best vies, het eten was wel lekker alleen heel druk te veel mensen,

I certainly didn't think it was a 5 star accommodation. We had problems with ants in the room and there was little the staff could do about it. the food wasn't great either. I thought it was a bit on the lesser side on all counts. It is certainly not worth the money you pay there. one-time visit unfortunately.
