Very Responsive and Helpful Hotel Staff

The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to my requests [An example - the electric kettle was not working. After I called the Front Desk very early morning, the staff came within minutes. And the kettle was connected in another socket where it worked. Later at around 8.15 AM an Electrician came who connected the kettle at its original socket where it worked]. The Staff at the Dinning area were also very responsive - I was particularly impressed by Mr Prasad, Supervisor.

La struttura dell' hotel si presenta bene, ben curata. Il personale alla reception è assolutamente fantatstica, disponibilissima e competente. La camera si presentava pulita e in buone condizioni di manutenzione. Il ristorante in buone condizioni di pulizia; colazione buona e varia. La scelta alla carta per pranzo e cena era varia e la qualità del cibo buono. Il personale decisamente attento alle esigenze del cliente. Fantastica la palestra, attrezzature nuove e ben tenute!!!! Unica pecca il wi-fi, per me che lo usavo per lavoro era di scarsa potenza in stanza, il segnale era buono solo nel corridoio.

Weekend nightmare

If you are here for business and a light sleeper, I highly recommend finding other accommodations (Gateway for example). The other "guests" book multiple rooms on weekends / Sunday and leave doors open, shouting down hallways until very late at night. Management is unable / unwilling to do anything about this. This has happened all three times I have been booked here. The food is average at best with mostly fried foods in buffet. Not many healthy options to be honest. The only plus that I can give this hotel is that the gym is very good, a real gym with many options for cardio and weight training. The previous comments led me to leave hotel early and move to Gateway as I cannot function on zero sleep.

It was my first visit to Express inn and my decision was perfect it stay here in this wonderful Hotel. A warm welcome by staff and room was ready before check in time. I will always prefer to stay in Express inn. Also Hotels.com make it more comfortable without paying in advance my room was booked and got good support from this hotel booking organisation.
