I like that train station is 6 minutes away. Staff was definitely not helpful. Room was very small and humid, smelled very bad. I had questions about the location, requested a map, staff didn't help at all. No one speaks English or Spanish. They didn’t even try helping to communicate.

Ibis Budget não disponha do básico, frigobar, ramal para contato com a recepção. Assim que cheguei no hotel comprei bebidas pra subir pro quarto, no próprio bar do hotel e ninguém me avisou que não tinha frigobar, só soube quando entrei no quarto. Pode até ter descrito a informação em algum lugar mas confesso que a pessoa chegar cansada de uma viagem certamente fará como eu, não vai ler letras pequenas de um comunicado. Até tentei fazer upgrade para a rede Ibis, que disponha do frigobar, mas não foi permitido também. Muito ruim. Fiquei bem descontente.

Decepcionada com a unicade Ibis Budget

Chegamos ao Check-in às 00h30 (Pré Check-in ja havia sido feito). Havia apenas um recepcionista atendendo, eu era a terceira na fila. A recepcao estava cheio de mosquitos, o atendente estava sobrecarregado fazendo duas funções (Check-in e cobrança dos produtos do Hall) e atendendo sem pressa alguma. Aguardamos por 45 minutos. Um dos hospedes era estrangeiro, o atendente nao teve paciência de explicar qual o elevador correto para a hospedagem o que o levou ao erro (estava acompanhado de 2 criancas, uma idosa e uma mulher). Após ser atendida, não houve explicacao de como usava o cartao no elevador. Por fim, nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado sem necessidade ou aviso. O vaso era baixo, banheiro tinha apenas um mini sabonete na pia. A Televisao super pequena e cama rebaixada. Meu marido por ser alto foi um incômodo ao conforto. Por fim, exaltamos a recepção do check-out ao 12h00, as atendentes eram extremamente educadas.
