Comfortable and Clean

Clean room and comfortable bed, plenty of parking. Quiet. No food, but close to a pub serving meals. The only reason that it hasn't scored as excellent is that the self check in details only arrived after the time we should have left home in the afternoon to get there, and we chased them as we were concerned. Will stay again.

Used the Dakota a few times in the past.. Car Parking is a little issue with tightness to get into but the room was clean, tidy

The room was clean and a good size, with space to walk around both sides of the bed. Had a closet and drawers for storage, a small table and chair for work. The bed was comfortable. The shower room was clean and stocked with the basics. Plenty of parking at the back for cars. In a small SUV it was a tight squeeze as the entrance was to the side of the building between the main house and the external rooms to the left. As it was self-check in, didn't meet anyone other than other guests coming and going. Communication via text was good and responsive.

Check in was easy, comfortable room and modern, good quality furnishings. The bathroom could have been cleaner since there were lots of hairs on the floor. The Chinese Takeaway next door was much appreciated.

Had problem getting into room, no key to open door. Electronic door, you had to key in a number provided by owner. I triied 2 doors because 1st door would not open, the second door would not open. Tried another door and it open. No staff on site only a contact number.

Very near to a beautiful country side where to go for a walk and watch sunset. Only 10-15’ from city centre. Super clean, they make your room everyday without you asking and add everyday cookies and water.

Thanks Niomi for the best family accommodation for such a great price. Modern, clean, Biscoff, still bottles of water. So nice to get this hospitality nowadays.

Accommodation was clean, tidy but a little on the small side ( Hitting leg walking around bed ) TV remote was touch and go with parking difficult with front of building full of vehicles when the notes says only vans to park out front but it was full of cars making it hard to navigate the tight gap to park in rear car park

Great place to stay

Nice clean rooms. Self service - get your key from a coded lock box but had no problem with that. Comfortable with all the usual facilities sgd fast free WiFi Free car park at the back. Good Chinese take away next door abd a good pub just down the road. Will go there again next time I get a job in the area
