I liked the outside patio area with seating and the fire pit. My room was convenient to parking, but a little noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to exercise room and pool. Overall a good stay. I would go again if in the area.

We stay at the location often because it is close to where our grandkids and their parents live. Three things that bother us are: 1) the poor quality of the paper products provided, especially the paper towels, and 2) the fan in the bathroom runs continuously and we need to close the door at night because it is so loud and 3) the shower is of a unique construction and never drains very well.

The cleaning crew opened my door before check out time while i was changing, the bathroom door didnt close, the shower head barley worked, breakfast was very subpar for price of room.

The property was very nice.
The only problem was during check-in. The two ladies at the front desk were more concerned about ordering Queso than checking us in. The whole time during my check-in, they were having their own conversation. It would have been better if they had excused themselves for a moment to talk where I couldn't hear them instead of making me feel like I was intruding.

Rooms are small. The bathroom shower had a constant drip landing on the metal drain cover. Sounded like a bell ringing. We had asked to have the bed made and the towels refreshed every day while we were there and that didn’t happen. If the hotel isn’t cleaning everyday, they should reduce the cost.

I specifically got a two queen bed suite that expedia side had a sleeper sofa in it. I pick this hotel because of that. Unfortunately those suites did not have that instead they had just a chair. I was very disappointed. Besides that, the room was beautiful. Very clean brand new and I would have loved it. Otherwise. The breakfast was okay and the staff was nice. I wouldn't trust what Expedia says a room is like again.

This hotel is a few years old so things were in good shape yet. When I saw the room I did not like the floor plan. The bathroom is by the bed and there was not much space for luggage. The hotel has a 24/7 fan blowing so that was disturbing unless the bathroom door was closed. Also, the air conditioner did not keep the room cool and when it was on blew in your face if you stood near the bed. We were fortunate to have a special rate for our week long stay, however, there was no room service during that time. I had to empty our garbage. And, this is after requesting 2 refreshes to the room. Fresh towels were brought up upon request but the dirty towels were left in the bathroom! I also noticed that the service desk in the lobby was rarely covered by a representative. My husband and I did not care for the breakfast muffins or the way the breakfast was served. I know that I do not plan to reserve a room at this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable room, lovely kitchen. Exercise room lots of various equipment, pool area looks very nice. Tv wouldn't work and desk clerk could only offer different remote. Googled problem and unplugged and replugged set and then it worked fine. We had breakfast plans away from hotel but checked it out and it looked quite extensive for a hotel free breakfast.
