The Hotel Was Excellent, but unfortunately there was a lot of People arriving going to a Conference Meeting Between 6am -8am. Obviously they didn't consider People in Bed and on a Mini Break. The Noise was really bad they Woke Myself and my Wife up. Which We were both annoyed about.

A great hotel on the front at Blackpool. Easy access to the Pleasure Beach. 30 mins walk to Blackpool Central Pier.

Great place, Amazing Staff
Place and decor was lovely, staff were amazing and room was perfect for our family. Especially kids having their own TV on each bunk. Room Sevice was very accommodating as we had allergies and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be back

Superb hotel. Very modern and clean. Rooms very spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds which had their own wall mounted tv each. Great view of the park as well. Rooms were very well insulated to sound.

Nice enough hotel but poor value for money.
A nice hotel but probably a 4 star rather than a 5 star. We paid £275 for a standard family room so was surprised that at this cost parking and breakfast was additional!

Best in Blackpool
Very clean, modern hotel in great location for Pleasure Beech. Think 5 star classification is a bit high, no doorperson/offer of help with luggage, no bath robes/slippers in room and high level shower over bath. Having said that it is by far the best hotel in Blackpool.

Good experience with my six year old daughter, it was however unfortunate that kids are not allowed in the nicer rooms like the suites, we did have an okay family room with a nice view of the pleasure beach rides. Will certainly be going back to this hotel.

Great Hotel, the family rooms were clean and spacious but could do with more refreshments included for the price. I was also unaware that I would be charged £18 for parking on checkout, as this was not stated when we checked in.

The cleanest, most modern, most conveniently located and best hotel in Blackpool. Staff were great, good was fine, rooms were clean and spacious and the facilities excellent.
Only snag was that the room wasn't ready for an hour after the 3pm check in time which was annoying. Located right under the big one so great position. I think you can get direct access to the pleasure beach but we weren't told about this (another little snag)
